Remarks

All are good,but only fooding quality is below the level.And also it does not have any playground available to play outdoors games.only it have not a playground but this college have good class room,WiFi campus, Computer centre,canteen, language lab and hostel are there.

Course Curriculum Overview

In srusti Academy of Management have 2 different courses.one is MBA and another one is integrated MBA.MBA was 2year with 4semister,and integrated MBA was 5 year.Integrated MBA gradually do after the 12th exam.

Placement Experience

Placement are very good in this college. This college provide 100% placement assistance to easyly placed in various sector. College also provide internship in various company to achieving the intern certificate.

College Events

There are various events are celebrated like- welcome function,annual function, Presentation,and various puja are celebrated in our college.Also have annual sports events,cooking events and hostel activities events are there.and also it have various types of seminar are conducted and cultural events are there.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible because generally every MBA private institutions have fees structure are too high but our institute provide better infrastructure with better facility in a little bit lower then any other MBA private institutions.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes in this college scholarship are there. PRERANA scholarship are provided via the college by undertaking by GOVERNMENT of Odisha. Loan facility also there in our college.But I did not get any Loan from my college.

Campus Life

In this college there are various types of extra curricular activities held in sunday. Campus are fully WIFI enabled,it has also a computer lab, language lab and also Hostel facility is available. College infrastructure are very good.

Admission

Candidates qualifying JEE (O), MAT/CAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA or any other test, approved by Govt. of Orissa / BPUT are eligible to take admission into the MBA programme of Srusti Academy of Management. So I will qualify via JEE(O) entrance examination.

Faculty members are very good. He cooperative nature, easyly solve all the problem. Helpfull in providing the guidence of how to study,when to study,how we became do success in exam. Faculty are motivate also to do hard work in study and achieving the goal.

Students become eligible after completing their internships. Generally after the 2nd semester students start to sit for the campus process. Companies like: Federal Bank, Axis Bank, Big Basket, SBI securities, Yash Technologies, In2IT, Asian Paints etc visit for hiring top talents from this college. Almost every student gets placed and further assistance is provided too. Majority of the students pursue their corporate career after getting placed, while some also go for higher studies. Others also ppt for entrepreneurship opportunities. Highest Package: 16.2 lpa Average Package : 4.5-5 lpa

Likes

The night life if good, and for me gym is the best part
The faculties have good experience and teaching skills
The mess food is also good as of what is expected as stereotype.

Dislikes

The classes some time are too much to handle
The n number of rules and regulations regarding the hostal
The basketball court and cricket ground could have been better

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is all about management where I get to learn how to manage time with daily n number of activities. Because PGDM course is actually to prepare a person for corporate life. And this course is actually a corporate simulation with education.

I was having prior experience in HR, so i took the course to enrich my knowledge 1:30 was the faculty-to-student ratio all the faculty were experienced in their domain with vast domain knowledge. The exam schedule was tough, and various exams used to happen on a daily basis with term exams at the end

Campus life is quite interesting with activities happening every month
Renowned faculty is there to guide us and the lesson plans include a lot of practical thinking
Placement is decent and plenty of renowned companies come on campus.

Dislikes

Time crunch. With so many activities students often feel burnt out

By 5th semester the student is eligible for final campus placements. There are more than 50 companies that visit the campus and the college boasts a 100% placement record. The highest package is 72lpa and the median is around 20lpa.

I got admission to this college by taking the OJEE entrance exam, so I was exempted from taking the entrance exam like MAT, CAT, etc. And then, after my OJEE results were declared, I fill out the application form of this college and then, I attended the counseling session.

The college Accepts exam such as :- Ojee ( Odisha joint entrance examination) , ATMA , CAT , MAT , XAT etc . Most of the students got a seat based on the ojee rank ranging from 1 to 8000 . I have put first selection to this college as the college provides best facilities with such less amount of fee as compared to other colleges . The study curriculum is nice and the support from the faculty member you get that is enough to choose the college . Also I have applied to colleges such as Bijupatnaik institute of information technology and management and Fakir Mohan University Balasore. I got an tuition fee waiver seat here after securing a good rank that is 593 in the odisha joint entrance examination. Process of admission:- . Apply for Ojee . After the result choose Srusti Academy Of Management & Technology as the prior option if you want to study here . . The college will select you on the basis of your rank .
