Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus of the course influenced me to choose this course. Overall the curriculum is good as it prepares us for the industry. The regular practical labs, assignment, mini project in every semester, final year project and workshops helps us for to understand the real world industry. Also according to the trend in industry they change their syllabus so that students can be familiar with the latest trends. The only improvement from my side is the timing of exam as many times they are in afternoon, which can be shifted in morning.
Placement Experience
From 3rd semester we are eligible for the campus placement. Companies visited are Gateway group of company, Injala and offers made are 8LPA and 4.5 LPA 70-80% students get placed. My plans after degree is to be stable in corporate world and be a good software developer.
Fees and Financial Aid
Year wise fees I paid is 125000. Digital goverment scholarship is available for the students. Tuition fees: 115000 Exam fees: 6000 Misc. fees: 4000 SC and ST category students get most of their fees from the scholarship.
Campus Life
The events organised by the LJ University are Escape, International Chess Competition, LJ Innovation village, Kalanjali, LJ no Sanedo, sports week and many more. Many clubs are ran by the students example CodeApex IEEE branch. Also we can access many books from library as per our requirements.
Admission
Other colleges i applied for were Indus, Gls and silver Oak but I chose LJICA because of the quality learning and faculties. No i didn't get a rejection from other colleges. I just change my mind as I saw the review of Mca course in LJICA in YouTube. You can directly take admission in this college and also through ACPC(cmat exam)
Faculty
Faculties are very genuine, supportive and helpful. It really feel to be blessed to have a such amazing and wonderful faculties. I like and respect all the faculties because they are very knowledgeable and supportive, but some of the faculties I like the most are Urja Ma'am, Nilam Ma'am, Jinal Ma'am and Ritisha Ma'am because of their kind and helpful nature, also it feels like they are our family members. Even though they don't teach us anymore but whenever I asked them any doubt, they never say no and try to solve my doubts. There are total 2 exam per semester, internal and external for both theory and practical. The course curriculum is relevant as per the industry requirement.
Night Life
The hangout places are canteens, garden, tea post, etc. The locality is also safe to roam around at night. There is a PG near the campus, at walking distance. Also there is a huge parking area to park the vehicles.
