Course Curriculum Overview
My interest in software development led me to choose this course.Outside the academic syllabus, the college provides a Coursera subscription to help us learn industry-relevant tools. Practical opportunities like LJ Innovation Village allow us to showcase projects, and hackathons like Codeapex provide brainstroming platforms where students can be directly recruited. However, there are key areas for improvement: the final advanced chapters are often rushed without complete understanding, industry expert workshops can be hard to follow and understand.
Internships Opportunities
Our college provides solid internship opportunities with companies such as Indian oil Corporation Ltd and Zeus Learning. These recruiters offer technical roles including Software intern and Python developer with a stipend of 20000 to 22000 per month, giving students valuable hands-on project exposure.

Classrooms and labs feature high-speed Wi-Fi,AC,projectors and good machines for coding. The library provides books, magazines and various English newspapers.
Admission
I received a confirmed admission offer from GLS University after clearing the CMAT exam, but I ultimately chose LJ institute of computer application. The main reasons for this decision were syllabus structure and fees:GLS was more expensive and heavily focused only on AI/ML. In contrast, LJ provides a balanced curriculum covering core fundamentals (C,Java,Python,DBMS and Software Testing) alonside advanced subjects in Semester 3 like AI/ML,Data Science,.NET and Flutter for Software Engineering. The admission process through CMAT was smooth and hassle-free,allowing me to easily secure my seat at LJ.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is good, and teachers are approachable and supportive. Teachers maintain a friendly relationship with students and help clear doubts even after lectures. I liked Nilam mam, jinal mam, urja mam, vidhi mam and krunal sir for their clear teaching and supportive approach they explain concepts clearly with real-life examples and makes difficult topics easier to understand. I dont have any particular faculty I disliked. There are regular internal exams and semester exams. The difficulty level is moderate with proper preparation. The passing rate generally depends on the subject and students preparation. The curriculum is relevant to the IT field covers useful technical subjects.
Night Life
Although the college is located in a relatively remote area, the campus provides good spots for students to relax after classes. Popular hangout area include the cafeteria and a Tea Post outlet. For sports and relaxation, there are dedicated basketball and football courts along with peaceful seating areas. Note that there is no on-campus hostel or gym facility available.
