NIT Rourkela Ph.D Mechanical Engineering: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Ans. For General and OBC scholars, the first-semester fee is INR 67,000 and each subsequent semester costs INR 54,500. The minimum total academic fee over three years (six semesters) is INR 3,42,000, plus a one-time admission fee of INR 2,500.
