- The faculty was good and responsible, easy available of references and easy understanding, well professionalized lectures
- The opportunity for scholarships and placements is also top-class at andhra university.
- My experience in my college was pretty good.they have good faculty and facilities in the classroom and the classroom and washroom are kept clean .they provide labs for physics and chemistry,and also they celebrate annual fests and farewells and sports
Dislikes
- The faculty here are very much experienced and well known about the subject but the prblm here is that they just teach us about the subject and go but no one will let you ask if you understand it or not.
- Nothing much but there will be disparities between students and it is difficult to get seat in wished group
- I dislike the college b?cause they is only some placement for the course

- The campus is very lively that , i would feel happy just by going to the campus and there are many types of activities conducted and are hosted by the management that are able to make students enjoy the process of learning and gaining knowledge
- The infrastructure of the college is good and all the buildings in the campus are very admirable . Facilities like the library, computer lab , and other laboratories and auditorium and all kinds of essential buildings are maintained with utmost care.
- I also like the daily schedule of the students which helps us have a certain amount of free time in the day that can be used to do any kinds of internships or outdoor activities without any time deficit.
Dislikes
- Some of the things I disliked are the strict implementation of rules such as it is compulsory to wear an id when coming to the campus or else you are not allowed into the campus.
- The long and time taking procedures that should be done to obtain permission for fests is something I disliked.
- I also dislike the location of the campus because whenever it rains the campus has water stagnant, as it is built on a hill and the hostels are at the bottom it is difficult to walk to the college during rain due to the overflow of water.
Placement Experience:
Placement is alloted or given depending on the grades and the marks obtained by participating in the placement exams in which the candidates required for the company are recruited and they are trained by the company after they pass a total of 3 rounds of exams and a final interview. The students eligible for getting a placement offer are students with an overall GPA over 7 and the time student become eligible for placement offer is in the 4th year and from what I know the highest package was nearly 88lpa and its a company from Singapore.

- Environment of my college is very pleasant
- There will be more activities available in my college for everybody
- People in my college are very freindly and helps everyone if any help is needed
Dislikes
- Placement opportunities are less in my college compared with other colleges
- Some places should be developed more in my college
Placement Experience:
There are some opportunities in our college in the form of placements.but i dont tell that there are more placements.because, only 20 to 40 percent students are getting campus placements every year.I should tell that on campus hiring should be improved in my college.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I'm interested to do bcom because it has less fee structure with good career opportunities
The knowledge we gain from bcom is more than anything
It's better if our college provide placements for us
But totally it was fine because we can get many jobs from this course

We are offering a minimum of 4 lakhs per annum placements and we can placed there and they support us to get placements and the minimum cgpa is 7.0 to attend to placement and my plan is to write gate and study mtech

- Extra curricular activities at my college
- Faculty in college are very experienced it helps students to gain more knowledge
- Infrastructure of our college is very unique compared to any other colleges
Dislikes
- I was quite disappointed with placements at my college,They mainly focus on CSE/ IT branches
Placement Experience:
Placements at au was quite good. I am from Metallurgy, I was a bit disappointed only because the placement officer at Andhra University mainly focus on CSE/IT branches compared to other branches. Despite of this placements at Au is good.

- our collage timings are better than the other collages
- teaching skills are ok not bad and bot good
- library in the campus is the best place to read privately
Dislikes
- the collage infrastructure is not enough for students
- the collage parking place for students bikes are not good
- there is no space for relaxing in the campus
Placement Experience:
for the 4-1 semister students are eligible for campus placements and the faculty is told to us they are so many companies coming to our campus , we get TCS company and atlas the percentage of students to getting placements is 7.0 to 7.5 CGPA

- I like the environment of the college with eco-friendly
- My college is near by beach so we have the beautiful viduals
- My college have NCC and NSS curriculums and also with the big ground
Dislikes
- My college gent's washrooms are maintained very badly
- My college canteen food is taste like average
- My college parking place is very small,the parking place will sink with the water at rainy season
Placement Experience:
• From 7th semester on words students become eligible for the campus placement
• TCS,WIPRO, AMAZON,ATLAS like many companies have visited our college
• The average package starts from the 1.5LPA and tli think the highest package is 20LPA
• Minimum 7 CGPA
• Preparing for Government jobs

- The faculty of our college is so nice they explain everyone very well
- Our canteen food is the best, the fry during our lunch is amazing
- Our fests and annual day are celebrated so well we enjoy a lot during that time

Placements are so good in our college almost every one gets placed after graduation some even start their own company after graduation Gayatri is the best for placements and every one knows that it's a fact that almost 90% students get placed

- Best faculty, good career opportunities can get into tech clubs
- Placement drives are good we get separate coaching for placements from the faculty
- Faculty pushes us into different tech clubs and tech organizations which creates skills and talents

- Last minute decisions are taken due to which projects are not completed properly
- No cultural events will be held which makes us unhappy
- Strict rules should be followed and we get forced to do projects which we are uninterested
Placement Experience:
Talking about placements we do get placement opportunities but it completely depends on the company weather to take you or not few companies approach even if you have backlogs few companies don't and another few companies take up to 2 backlogs

- The management followed the strict rules for the girls
- Some seniors behave like rude but some seniors are very good
- We have only time spend on studies there was no conduct any games on the Saturdays
Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose the B.com ( Computer Applications) it is good course for me because i like the account and economics and i learn about the MS word and html, c programming, SQL . And they conduct the long-term internship, and short-term internship.

What is your review of Andhra University?

One of my friends graduated from Andhra University. According to him, it is very reputed among students as well as professionals. But like every other institution, it also has its fair share of positives and negatives. Let me share them with you which you can analyze later on.
Pros:
- It is one of the oldest universities in the country, hence has a great alumni network.
- The student intake in each department is 30-60, which benefits the student-teacher interaction.
- Each department has its own dedicated library consisting of several books, magazines, journals, and other study materials.
- The campus is huge, covering 600 acres.
- They have the biggest sports ground. Students are also provided with a gym and basketball court.
- The entire campus is wifi enabled.
Cons:
- The placements are average. The number of companies visiting the college has gradually decreased.
- The lab equipment is not well maintained or upgraded.
- Andhra University follows the age-old curriculum with little to no changes.
- Students are told to put more emphasis on theoretical learning than practical.
- Exams are mostly based on theories rather than practicals.
Overall, it is an above-average institution. It may not be like the IITs or NITs but still works well. It is suggested that you opt for this only if you have missed the opportunity to study in the IITs or NITs.
