- The faculty was good and responsible, easy available of references and easy understanding, well professionalized lectures
- The opportunity for scholarships and placements is also top-class at andhra university.
- My experience in my college was pretty good.they have good faculty and facilities in the classroom and the classroom and washroom are kept clean .they provide labs for physics and chemistry,and also they celebrate annual fests and farewells and sports

- The faculty here are very much experienced and well known about the subject but the prblm here is that they just teach us about the subject and go but no one will let you ask if you understand it or not.
- Nothing much but there will be disparities between students and it is difficult to get seat in wished group
- I dislike the college b?cause they is only some placement for the course

Anits curriculum is very fascinating where it includes most of the trending technologies like AI,Ml,data science etc
But don't provide any knowledge for the student not proper text books are provided

Course Curriculum Overview:
The study curriculum was decided by the head of the department .the subjects consists of core subjects as well as software subjects too which gives more knowledge on other subjects for future purpose .the paper level is medium.

placements are low this year which is due to the possible reported recession ,but inthe last year there were good ppalcements also for average students . this is why you can consider joining this college .

- I liked my college infrastructure,it's not that big college but the greenary always attracts me .
- Faculty in our college are friendly and always help us to achieve somethings all the time.
- Our college would look marvelous at times of rain.
Dislikes
- There won't be much cultural activities in our college which a much dissatisfaction
- The college timings are a bit early like 8.40 to 4.30
Placement Experience:
Placements are good in our college. Several students get placed even from all CSE , ECE , It, EEE and so on.
The average amount of pakage is 4lpa.
But now a days due to decision, it's a bit tough for placements.
Still many of my seniors got placed and I'm happy for that.

- I liked infrastructure of our college. It is very beautiful and we feel very peaceful in our college. Ee used have so much greenary in our college until once our prime minister Modi attended a meeting , they cut down so many trees for it. But it's ok
- I like our library. We have so many books in our colleges library
- I like our teaching staff . I am a naval architecture and Marine student we have best proffessors
Dislikes
- Our classes are some what not clean . That can be some more clean
- We have some water issues also. We won't get water very frequently in our bathrooms
- We don't have canteen near to our department .
Course Curriculum Overview:
I am a naval architecture and Marine engineering student. Our subject is very interesting and astonishing. It is a very high paid course in other countries like Saudi Arabia, etc., and we will be helping to build ships and Marine structures.

- Good mentorship for all the students. The mentors take counseling for 1hour in a week .
- The library is very good in all aspects which includes digital library and many reference books
Dislikes
- College infrastructure is not as good when compared to other surroundings colleges
- If anyone are not pay the fees on time or stipulated time instructed by the institute fine will be imposed.
- Some faulty members are not worth and are not teaches in a proper way
Placement Experience:
From the 3-2 semester students are eligible for placements and the college is given placement training for the students in Java and python.
The companies that visited our college are amazon aws, Tejas network, tech mahindra, modchip,medha servo, Deloitte, Accenture, pinacle, candela, meil, drawing box, catalogue, Oakham, Infosys, electronics,paltech, Zigler aerospace and many more..
In 2024 around 730 members are offered placements and as I was placed I will go for a job

- The college is always clean and neat . The classrooms contains sufficient no.of fans
- Every class room contains smart boards.The college is full of trees
- It is full of greenary.Hostel and college attach each other
Dislikes
- The college is small when compared to other colleges
- The ground is full of sand particles.It is rough in nature
Placement Experience:
From third year onwards students are eligible for writing campus placement exams.The college provide campus placements and training to the students for a cost In third year

Yes, there are good placements according to our seniors but we have to see about it.
I think everybody should got chance to get placement,it all depends on us.
Recently a girl got a placement which was 84lac package.

- Labs and classrooms are very huge and calm and also Library is very nice

- Some of the staff are not experienced but they are freshers on teaching field
- There is no bus facility for boys and very strict for only boys
- The rules in this college are disgusting
Placement Experience:
Placements are pretty good but we will not get more IT jobs.we have got just 4 IT companies but more than 15 BPO jobs recruitments.That is very sad that after studying in computer science background but getting BPO jobs like Bachelor of business administration students

- The thing I dislike the most are the classrooms
- We have good labs but they are not upto date
- The students behaviour is not good towards staff
Placement Experience:
The students are eligible for campus placements form 4th semester and the companies that visited are more than 10+ and we got placements such as accenture and also tcs and the average package is 3lPA and 60% students get placed.

What is your review of Andhra University?

One of my friends graduated from Andhra University. According to him, it is very reputed among students as well as professionals. But like every other institution, it also has its fair share of positives and negatives. Let me share them with you which you can analyze later on.
Pros:
- It is one of the oldest universities in the country, hence has a great alumni network.
- The student intake in each department is 30-60, which benefits the student-teacher interaction.
- Each department has its own dedicated library consisting of several books, magazines, journals, and other study materials.
- The campus is huge, covering 600 acres.
- They have the biggest sports ground. Students are also provided with a gym and basketball court.
- The entire campus is wifi enabled.
Cons:
- The placements are average. The number of companies visiting the college has gradually decreased.
- The lab equipment is not well maintained or upgraded.
- Andhra University follows the age-old curriculum with little to no changes.
- Students are told to put more emphasis on theoretical learning than practical.
- Exams are mostly based on theories rather than practicals.
Overall, it is an above-average institution. It may not be like the IITs or NITs but still works well. It is suggested that you opt for this only if you have missed the opportunity to study in the IITs or NITs.
