- The faculty was good and responsible, easy available of references and easy understanding, well professionalized lectures
- The opportunity for scholarships and placements is also top-class at andhra university.
- My experience in my college was pretty good.they have good faculty and facilities in the classroom and the classroom and washroom are kept clean .they provide labs for physics and chemistry,and also they celebrate annual fests and farewells and sports
Dislikes
- The faculty here are very much experienced and well known about the subject but the prblm here is that they just teach us about the subject and go but no one will let you ask if you understand it or not.
- Nothing much but there will be disparities between students and it is difficult to get seat in wished group
- I dislike the college b?cause they is only some placement for the course

- I love my play ground ,and my big library
- Mainly labs are strictly conducted so that it is a good opportunities to learn theoretically as well as practically

Course Curriculum Overview:
I don't like one of my faculty she was showing partiality that making me hurt,she is seeing me like I'm not capable.Anyone can belive the students to good in studies the real teacher who knows my standard and still support me to reach high level.I really love my electrical course it gives me core knowledge, I even love some of my teachers.

- The good companies visiting our campus like TCS, Infosys, Snidel etc.
- The infrastructure which gives calm and peace to the mind with lots of greenary
- The faculty which gives us the required study materials to study at the time of semester exams.
Dislikes
- Not much beneficial to Core Companies as the lab facilities are somewhat lacking.
- Some sort of teachers don't show interest in teaching.
- The Mess food sometimes will be very dissapointing.
Placement Experience:
They provide us with a lot of oppurtunities from product based,tool based and service based companies.If a student is from CSE or IT background,they can expect 95% of placements,and if they are from a core background,they can expect 50% of the placements.All you have to do is develop your skills in technical and communication skills, as well as networking.In our placements 15lpa was the highest and 3.3 was the least.The top recruiting companies are TCS, Tech Mahendra.They offer roles like Programme analyst, Graduate Engineer

- I like the most is our college environment with more trees.
- I like our faculty because they are very friendly with us.
- Our college has good opportunities for placements in the good companies.
Dislikes
- Proper hygiene facilities are not maintained in the student's toilets.
- High traffic and public nuisence will be observed near the entry of the college.
- Classes are irregular in our college in the festive seasons.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I was interested in this course. the faculty and student ratio is good. the faculty of our college are highly qualified with high degrees like Ph.D., pg, etc. The teaching style of every subject teacher was different and very understanding way. every topic is explained in a detailed manner. the mid-exams were timely held in our college with high difficulty of the question paper.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I'm very fascinate to be electrical student.so I choose EEE.
for each subject has each faculty.for each lab has two faculty.i think the ratio about 1:6.
in our faculty all are completed thier higher qualification about
MTECH & MBA commanly.and also has higher than it.
Our terms exams conducted for Six months.
For each subject commonly contain 7 to 8 chapters .we have to complete minimum 3 to 4 chapters for exams . it'll be easy to gain minimum pass marks

- The university accredited the NAAC Grade in A++ with 3.74 CGPA. This is the best thing ever. This is one of the oldest university.
- Nearly 80% of the students got placed in the course. The highest package is 18lpa and the lowest is 2lpa the average is about 4.5lpa.
Dislikes
- In admission process, the total amount of the particular yr should be paid at once. This should be changed
Placement Experience:
As I am first semester student, I don't have much knowledge about the placements. But according to my knowledge, from 3rd semester the placements will be started one after the other.
You will definitely get placed in any of them before you leave the University.

- Very calm and peaceful college. Gvp is one of the college which is very suitable for women.
Dislikes
- Nothing.But we are expecting more fests and programs from our college.
- I wish to change the canteen in our college
Course Curriculum Overview:
I have choosen compute science and engineering because I was so excited to know about all the information about computer and the information behind the working of computer. And there are totally 65 students in our class.All my faculty members are done with their PHD's or M-tech.
There will be no difficulty to pass the exam.

- Open space, lots of Trees, Wide classrooms, Best facilities, Good people in surroundings, The environment of studies, Our canteen, Sports, NCC, NSS, Different kind of fests and college events, Best facilities

- For now i don't think i have an enough criteria to dislike things in college
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is pretty comprehensive and covers all the essential topics related to power electronics and choppers. It includes subjects like diode choppers, MOSFET choppers, inverters, cycloconverters, and more. The faculty members are quite knowledgeable and experienced in their respective fields.
The faculty:student ratio is usually good, with a decent number of faculty members available to provide guidance and support. They hold relevant qualifications, such as PhDs or master's degrees, and have expertise in power electronics. Their teaching methods are effective, combining theoretical concepts with practical examples to enhance understanding.
In terms of term exams, they were conducted on time, allowing us to assess our progress and knowledge. The difficulty level varied depending on the subject, but with proper preparation and understanding of the concepts, it was manageable to pass the exams.
Overall, I chose this course because of my interest

Course Curriculum Overview:
The facilities in the course are very good, there are also many teachers related to your course and they are well trained. For everyone 40 members there is a faculty assigned. For every 5 months we had a end semester exam

- I liked the atmosphere of the college with advanced labs and library with good collection of books
- I like the way college give more importane not just to academics but also to sports
- Faculty and way of teaching is one aspect to conclude the college is good
Dislikes
- Not strict enought with aspects like attendence and ouside allowance
- Examinations are not strictly conducted which lead to malpratice
- Always lags behind in syllabus which leads to shortage of time between each semister
Placement Experience:
Students with average CGPA of 7 are eligible for the placements
In the last few years companies like TCS , bosch , tech mahindra have visited our college and students have got selected
The highest package was 8 lakhs last year and two students got selected for the job

the placement setion is good too as we got a seperate placement cell for training and attending placement exams and getting high pakages there are many companies like wipro infosys goldman sach ect and witj prettey good average pakages 45% of the studentsa rae get placed where rest tend to do higher studeis

What is your review of Andhra University?

One of my friends graduated from Andhra University. According to him, it is very reputed among students as well as professionals. But like every other institution, it also has its fair share of positives and negatives. Let me share them with you which you can analyze later on.
Pros:
- It is one of the oldest universities in the country, hence has a great alumni network.
- The student intake in each department is 30-60, which benefits the student-teacher interaction.
- Each department has its own dedicated library consisting of several books, magazines, journals, and other study materials.
- The campus is huge, covering 600 acres.
- They have the biggest sports ground. Students are also provided with a gym and basketball court.
- The entire campus is wifi enabled.
Cons:
- The placements are average. The number of companies visiting the college has gradually decreased.
- The lab equipment is not well maintained or upgraded.
- Andhra University follows the age-old curriculum with little to no changes.
- Students are told to put more emphasis on theoretical learning than practical.
- Exams are mostly based on theories rather than practicals.
Overall, it is an above-average institution. It may not be like the IITs or NITs but still works well. It is suggested that you opt for this only if you have missed the opportunity to study in the IITs or NITs.
