- The faculty was good and responsible, easy available of references and easy understanding, well professionalized lectures
- The opportunity for scholarships and placements is also top-class at andhra university.
- My experience in my college was pretty good.they have good faculty and facilities in the classroom and the classroom and washroom are kept clean .they provide labs for physics and chemistry,and also they celebrate annual fests and farewells and sports

- The faculty here are very much experienced and well known about the subject but the prblm here is that they just teach us about the subject and go but no one will let you ask if you understand it or not.
- Nothing much but there will be disparities between students and it is difficult to get seat in wished group
- I dislike the college b?cause they is only some placement for the course

- I like the principal as he uses to make students well disciplined.

- I don't like the canteen as it doesn't have phone pay to scan it is harder in exams times.
- I didn't like the fees structure as it costs more when compared to other colleges.
- The food in the. Campus Library is medium as it is too spicy to eat them.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Actually, I chose Btech from mechanical engineering because it has good scope and I love buildings so that long-lasting machines and robots can be built. My teachers are IITIANS and some have graduated from IIT Kanpur.

- I like the basket ball ground which is well enough th play the basket ball every day.
- I like the atmosphere around the college and I just like the infra structure of the college especially mechanical block is awesome it looks like it is the backbone of the ANITS college
- I like the college in the regard of the placement drives and it is well suitable for the students to get the placements in it.
Dislikes
- It is well disciplined but the rules are very cruel I just hate it and we used to pay fines if we come late to college.
- There is not enough seats to sit outside of the classroom and there is less space to roam around the college when we compare to the other well reputated colleges
- I didn't like the uniform as it is dull colour and I didn't like the library as it has cruel rules and regulations.
Placement Experience:
After completing the 3rd year all students get access to apply for the campus drive but the students who had zero backlogs are eligible for attending the campus drive. I am planning to do the GME in the marine engineering stream. I have chosen the mechanical stream because if I didn't have scope in the GME. I could try for the mechanical stream jobs. So I have chosen the mechanical stream for two benefits.

- College environment is ambient and we have freedom to do in regard of education. I like my college as teachers support us in terms of education
- It's infrastructure and we'll disciplined and the students and their well behaved friendly manner which helps students to communicate each other
- College is situated around the plants so that students feels fresh to come to college
Dislikes
- I didn't like rules and regulations in my college
- The college posses more fines and regulations
- I didn't like the marks system because all are not good in descriptive but may be good in knowledge.
Placement Experience:
After completing the 3rd year all students can apply for the Campus Placements but the students who have cleared their semesters with zero backlogs are eligible for attending the campus placements. My college had the highest package of 45LPA and the average package is about 3LPA. The percentage of getting placements for the students is about 80% and some of them are preparing for the government exams and some are with business. I am planning to go for higher studies and learn more knowledge and get the higher package.

- I like the ambient environment which helps to focus more on my work and can access the Digital Library so that many things can be learned from that
- I like faculties as they strive harder to teach us and make us discipline and scold us when we didn't follow their classes. the campus is hygienic and beautiful
- We get free time for doing projects and internships and our HOD invites us to listen the seminar which are held by the outside members and we learn more things from it.
Dislikes
- The college is too strict that we shouldn't roam outside in the free time and we should be inside our classrooms as they attached the CC cameras in front of the classrooms.
- The timings are bad as when we go late to the college our principal scold us not to be late again and he used to collect fines once later he didn't collecting fines but scolding's are common.
- Library rules are so strict that we shouldn't make no noise and the books to be return for every 14 days if it exceeds to submit fine will be charged and the amount of fine increases with respect to the time.
Placement Experience:
After completing the 3rd year all students are eligible for the campus placements. Only students who had zero backlogs are eligible for it. Many companies are visiting our college for recruiting the students. The highest packages is about 45LPA and the lowest package is of 2.5LPA. Around 85% of students are getting placements every year. Amazon, Google, Pinaclle, Vem Technologies etc.. companiesare approaching our college.

- College Atmosphere,college faculty is good. labs and classeooms are good and i love playgrounds but i wish there are more area foe playgrounds and for sports
- I love cultural activities so much and sports and they where too good in gayatri college
- I love the surroundings of my college rushikonda area and my friends and faculty
Dislikes
- The thing I don't like is gayatri college is like a school so many restrictions and regulations
- They act as a school more then a brech college
- Faculty where so strict in dress code and discipline
Placement Experience:
From the 7th semester placement starts and there are good placement opportunities in our college.
They always get good companies to our college for our future.
This time our highest package in ECE is 12lakhs per annum.
I am planning to write a gate exam and crack it so that I can go on with my higher studies or get a good job in the ECE core department.

- Anti ragging college with strict rules and regulations
- Sports infrastructure all are good and equipments are good
- Lab facilities are totally good and well trained physicians also available
Dislikes
- Outside roads are very narrow which may cause accidents
- Hostel facilities like wifi washing machines are not available
- College timings are so long as long distance students are facing many troubles
Course Curriculum Overview:
I am interested in the core side jobs our class of student ratio is 75 the faculty is well prepared for the classes and the explanation is very good as the 3 evaluations in the sem exams it difficult for the students to pass.

- Ground and competitions held for every event
- Friendly staff and easiest ways of explaining and skill development
- Good library and vast varities of books and feasibility to take the books to home
Dislikes
- Outside roads and not narrow which may lead to accidents
- No wifi facility and no ac classrooms and sometimes food is not good in hostel
- Events are conducted once in a year hope events will be conducted regularly
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum and faculties are very good.
I like to pursue my degree in this field.
Good faculties and good teaching skills are there.
A maximum number of faculty members have pursued the Ph.D.
Exams are conducted as two semister for one academic year.
The difficulty level is based on the preparation.

- College is neat and we'll disciplined and full greenery
- Also food in hostels are very good and they follow healthy menu for sake of students
- Library is very neat and also any book can be available what we want
Dislikes
- Timings in our college are so long .so many students are facing problems regarding this.
- Fests are not conducted for months.Only for year is conducted which is not enough for us.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I am interested in the core side. The coming faculty are very much educated and explaining well in an understandable way for us. The minimum qualification for each faculty is Mtech, MSC or PHd term exams Mid exams happen every month and sem. 3 months. As there are 3 evaluations involved in paper correction, it is difficult to pass and even get a good GPA.

- Atmosphere of college is very pleasant and refreshing
- The annual fest has a plethora of opportunities to explore oneself
- The faculty and the method of approach to teaching

- The number of placements need to improve a bit.
- The extra circular side of the college need a little improvement
- The department need to upgrade some of their available equipment in labs
Placement Experience:
We can get placed right from 3-2 of our B.Tech with companies like TCS, Wipro, and Hyundai to name a few with a minimum package of 3.2 lakhs per annum. The highest being 7.7 lakhs by TCS. Around 60 percent of students are placed. I am currently employed with the government of Andhra Pradesh.

What is your review of Andhra University?

One of my friends graduated from Andhra University. According to him, it is very reputed among students as well as professionals. But like every other institution, it also has its fair share of positives and negatives. Let me share them with you which you can analyze later on.
Pros:
- It is one of the oldest universities in the country, hence has a great alumni network.
- The student intake in each department is 30-60, which benefits the student-teacher interaction.
- Each department has its own dedicated library consisting of several books, magazines, journals, and other study materials.
- The campus is huge, covering 600 acres.
- They have the biggest sports ground. Students are also provided with a gym and basketball court.
- The entire campus is wifi enabled.
Cons:
- The placements are average. The number of companies visiting the college has gradually decreased.
- The lab equipment is not well maintained or upgraded.
- Andhra University follows the age-old curriculum with little to no changes.
- Students are told to put more emphasis on theoretical learning than practical.
- Exams are mostly based on theories rather than practicals.
Overall, it is an above-average institution. It may not be like the IITs or NITs but still works well. It is suggested that you opt for this only if you have missed the opportunity to study in the IITs or NITs.
