- The teachers are friendly with the students and i have the best learning experience in there.
- The facilities gauhati university is providing and the infrastructure. teachers try to provide as much information as they can. the campus is so peaceful. hostels facilities are so good. gauhati university provides good health and medical facilities

- There was no entrance exam for us, it was online registration and merit list was provided, there was no entrance exam for us.
- Some teacher are very good and some are so bad in behavior and teaching so i dislike some teachers.
- Teachers are not good in teaching they are also bad behavior.

- The infrastructure is very modern with multiple laboratories and conference halls. Construction work is going on for increasing the campus area and buildings

The requirements for 1st semester students is to choose 7 subjects. Core subject, Minor subject, SEC (skill enhancement course), IDC (inter disciplinary course), AEC (ability enhancement course) and two compulsory VAC (value added courses) of EVS and AIS (ancient Indian studies)

- I love the college canteen too . The food is pretty good

Exam timing is a little early so it can be change and rest of the exam process is fine and yes, it would be good if the paper is made a little easier. On the other hand,we also get materials from our faculty members.

- The faculty at the department of chemistry are great and have a lot of experience and achievements in their fields of research
- Efforts are made by the department to increase a student's exposure to the various routes that can be pursued after
- The campus is relatively safe and there are many opportunities for a student to participate in sports, cultural activities, etc.
Dislikes
- The schedule is quite hectic and a students entire time and mind power would have to be dedicated to only the curriculum and not other competitive exams
- Transportation is not as efficient as it could have been with the facilities available
- The lack of basic amenities like clean toilets and others

The course curriculum is currently being adjusted to match with the real world. However these changes could have been introduced sooner. The opportunities in this field is limited and direct placements are not available.

- The college is good for those wants to pursue bachelor degree b.com who wants to study commerce for them it's a good college to study
- About infrastructure it's moderate we have a ground and building for bba , mba and library and rest room for both boys and girls
- The teachers are also good they give their best to give us knowledge in the best way .
Dislikes
- Toilets are not that good it's always dirty and Smelly I barely go washroom
- During rainy season the college is full of water and its difficult to go college and study because the road become slippery
- College don't provide placement this make a less excited for the students because we don't get new things to learn and experience

Pursuing b.com was my plan to do after 12 because it has a scope for doing something in the field of commerce.
About improvement in teaching pratical should be involved. For exams it's ok the way it is .

i am immensely invested in biology and the various mechanisms of life and so i decided to choose zoology as my major. My course provides me with practical examination and observation of my course related analysis for better understanding of life around us. My course can excel at providing more real based specimen and workshops to attract students into learning and engagement. The examination takes place within 6 months of a semester and it is about of total 3 hours.

- The aspect of the college that I like is the affordability
- And the social interaction between the students
- The other curriculum such as NSS and NCC
Dislikes
- Campus food menu is not likeable to everyone
- The college campus being small and rigid
- The rainy days in the college makes it hard
Course Curriculum Overview:
The exam level is normal from my point of view , it is conducted either morning or afternoon with good time for completing the exam . There should be more need of technology in the campus and activities

- Overall everything is that I cherish... Would love studying here for these years. Awesome college
Dislikes
- Toilet, hostel rules are quite strict, sometimes ordinary rules such as doing braids etc etc in the first days of college
- Concerts are organized nearby for which it disturbs us.. sometimes
- Naac grade is not that awesome but we tried our best. Hostel is not that hygienic though
Course Curriculum Overview:
Zoology is an amazing subject where we study animals, the diversity of the biosphere and the anatomy of animals, it gives us knowledge on the lives of different organisms that exist on earth. My college has a very good museum with lots of specimens

- The campus of our college is very small and quite compressed in itself
- The students union must work firmly and positively for our college growth

Placement Experience:
As far as I know few departments like BBA provides direct placement in future days . Around 80 percent of students gets placement. I am thinking of completing MSC after completing my BSC. And then thought of doing PHD

- Our college does not give much attention regarding attendance that is good for me because I'm doing extra courses.
- There are various imp. Facilities including for both men and women.
- Programs are held to enhance our learnings
Dislikes
- No career counseling or guidance provided
- Never notify things clearly and on time.
- No QR is available for payment purpose so students often face problem of cash and changes
Course Curriculum Overview:
I wanted to choose this course for of all because it leads towards my journey of doing finance specialization so I'm doing major in finance right now
And jo the curriculum in our college do not prepare us for the real world application.
They should give us real life experiences and give more projects but all they care about is assignments and exams and how to cover the syllabus
The exams difficulty lever are average usually.

One of my friends graduated from Gauhati University. According to her, it’s a decent university.
Faculty: The faculties are dedicated. They may seem strict at first, but you can approach them, regarding your problems.
Curriculum: The course curriculum is up-to-date. You can even follow the syllabus for various entrance tests.
Classes: Classes are held regularly. The institute is also strict regarding attendance.
Co-curricular: Different co-curricular activities are held around the academic year.
The environment on campus is great for studies. The university has been accredited with NAAC A grade. Overall it can be a great place to pursue your studies.
