- The teachers are friendly with the students and i have the best learning experience in there.
- The facilities gauhati university is providing and the infrastructure. teachers try to provide as much information as they can. the campus is so peaceful. hostels facilities are so good. gauhati university provides good health and medical facilities

- There was no entrance exam for us, it was online registration and merit list was provided, there was no entrance exam for us.
- Some teacher are very good and some are so bad in behavior and teaching so i dislike some teachers.
- Teachers are not good in teaching they are also bad behavior.

Course Curriculum Overview:
Course structure is well enough to improve skills. You can learn multiple programming languages php, java script, python, c++ . And the computer lab room is also well enough and well managed for all the students of BCA.

- The teachers of the IT department they are so supportive and helped me gain knowledge from outside the course structure.
- They are supportive for exams and make everyone get good marks
- They understand our needs and not force us with lots of projects and assignment
Dislikes
- The classes are too boring and teachers and the course are outdated structure and everything feels boring i mostly skipped the classes.
- The labs are too outdated and the chairs of the labs are not comfortable and the machine are of 500mb ram so not useful
- The management system of the college is worse and the principal is also not much responsible.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I took the course because I wanted to learn coding and programming and make a lot of money .
The curriculum is not good for real world applications or any further academic pursuits.
To improve focus on self learning, DSA everyday grind and also Developement project
The frequency of exam is about 2 months and it's not too difficult any way

- Teachers are understanding and well behaved in my department
- They do understand us and help us in our studies
- They also give us extra knowledge and take us out for extra knowledge
Dislikes
- The other department teacher are not good to us
- No music allowed in farewell party and no speaker allowed in rallies
- No mobile phone allowed in the campus and in college

English honours I choose this subject because I like to study English as there were stories and novels etc. the curriculum do not prepare us well for the real world

- Too much student politics environment makes classroom learning hampered
- Student grievances cell do not work frequently
Placement Experience:
Placement are also good..almost every student get the Placement those who sit in campus placement drive. I was not interested in campus placement because my field is literature and i intended to do b.ed so i didnt participate

- The main hostels are a bit old compared to the private ones, would be better if they can update it
Course Curriculum Overview:
I take up computer science which is a very relevant course in this day of age. It teaches the students how to code, hack and even some market side of IT. They provide projectors, computers and laptops for students to use. For improvement maybe they can update on some topics.

Course Curriculum Overview:
Our course have up to date content and provide practical for each subject. For these reasons I choose this course.
The curriculum builds essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical proficiency. And provides a strong foundation for advanced studies or specialization. These factors prepares us for real-world applications or further academic pursuits.
Some course curriculum should be improved like real world case studies and interactive learning methods etc.
The frequency of exams are good. The seasonal exams are held in mid term of the semester and end of the semester there is Final Exam.

- The surroundings are lovely..the whole college is covered with greenery.
- Food available in the canteen was hygienic and affordable
- Library and classrooms were nice and the faculties were okyish
Dislikes
- Not all the faculties but some of them were too strict
- Toilets were not so good..Don't know the current scenario as I completed my graduation last year
Course Curriculum Overview:
I heard from someone that geography department of darrang College is good and so I decided took admission there..And from my experience it was good..
There needs to be improvement in exams result duration..it takes almost 7-8months..

Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose this course as if i aimed to get a research background field and other university / college takes high fees for this subject but our college provide best study material with not less but affordable fees. Teaching methods are not bad till today's date.

- I like the college ground and its narture is totally beautyfull

- Somehow I disliked the seniors beahivour
- Some student are seat together like they are in park not in college

This course i select because there is no other subject to select thait time i am not interested to study sociology . Its subject is good but not interesting. I like political subject but i didnt get My subject.

Exploring the world through geography make me choose this course.
The exams are conducted in very neat way
They should take us one trip in 6 months I think. As it improves our iq level.

One of my friends graduated from Gauhati University. According to her, it’s a decent university.
Faculty: The faculties are dedicated. They may seem strict at first, but you can approach them, regarding your problems.
Curriculum: The course curriculum is up-to-date. You can even follow the syllabus for various entrance tests.
Classes: Classes are held regularly. The institute is also strict regarding attendance.
Co-curricular: Different co-curricular activities are held around the academic year.
The environment on campus is great for studies. The university has been accredited with NAAC A grade. Overall it can be a great place to pursue your studies.
