- The teachers are friendly with the students and i have the best learning experience in there.
- The facilities gauhati university is providing and the infrastructure. teachers try to provide as much information as they can. the campus is so peaceful. hostels facilities are so good. gauhati university provides good health and medical facilities

- There was no entrance exam for us, it was online registration and merit list was provided, there was no entrance exam for us.
- Some teacher are very good and some are so bad in behavior and teaching so i dislike some teachers.
- Teachers are not good in teaching they are also bad behavior.

- I like the environment around especially the Teacher's they were so helpful in every way possible
- I also had a great about the sport's organized by the college functions etc
- The classes were good regular everyday focusing on what to do and what to learn for the future
Dislikes
- Don't have a proper canteen that can fit atleast 20 students
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose philosophy as my major course as I want to learn about the things we experienced and the way they are the curriculum prepares me well enough to overcome in my day-to-day life I haven't faced any need for improvement in the teaching method. Exams were indeed a difficult task as a student, we hardly had a week to prepare ourselves for the examination.

history is interlinked with all subjects. It describes the social formation, decision and mistakes that shapes the world. it gives moral values and mistakes that shouldn't be carried out again. The subject is very interesting and should be considered once.

- I like my surrounding my friends, food, teachers, and communication skills of everyone ..and I mostly liked the cultural programmes in my college I enjoyed it very much and our college had been autonomous

- I liked everything in my college there nothing to u like in my college all the teachers are very well mannered
Course Curriculum Overview:
I always has a keen interest in history and being a government funded college it was my first choice and more than the curriculum , it was the placement of the college that mattered the most for me .
We have one sessional 30 marks and one final exam 80marks

- I like the faculties, the curriculum activities, infrastructure etc etc.

- Hostels, bathrooms, some classrooms, classroom activities are not well

The curriculum is average cause there's not much outdoor activities lacking funds. However there are also sometimes few activities that do help us improve and prepares us for the real world.
Improvements are largely needed for professors to be more interactive as well as in their teaching.

- Campus was so independent and the environment is also so calm and neat dresscore isn't necessary so we can wear anything apart from uniform and also the teachers were understanding and helped us in every aspect
Dislikes
- Canteen was the one thing i recommend to upgrade and also the sports events and other curricular activities should be added
Course Curriculum Overview:
I opted for english honours and currently I'll be giving my first government exam im honoured that this college taught me some reward taking things which will definitely help me in my upcoming preperation.

- I studied Economics and I had a good experience with our dept. Our teachers were interactive and most importantly, they were good teachers.
- Discipline of the college is moderate and I think that's really good for any student. Principal is strict
Dislikes
- Little higher fees than it should be. But it's negligible.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose BA because of peer pressure, but it wasn't so bad because you can go in any direction. Real world application isn't a thing of the course. But it can help you if you want to study further. Classes have digital boards, that's a plus. Each semester consists of 1 sessional exam and 1 final exam.

- The environment of my college is really peaceful
- The campus is quite clean and beautiful and well maintained
- The professors are very patient and are of very helpful nature

- The counter staff is a bit rude and gets irritated quite fast
- The auditorium hall is quite small which gets conjusted during college functions
- The girls common room toilets are a massive disgrace here , it's really very unhygienic
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course BCA is mainly derived with computers and their works. From my school days computers have always fascinated me in various ways which led to choosing this course in my current college. I'm very grateful for the teachers here who always provide us with best education as possible. I wished there could be some digi board study facilities for better educational improvements.

- It has good water system. Students can drink cold water from the cooler.
- It has an overall good environment to make you feel motivated

- Lack of communication skills and experience
- Priority always given to the ST community
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is good, we get lots to learn from that. It surely mskes the students for real world problems of acquiring seats and jobs. There is a little problem on the exam side, exams are not Always conducted on a relevant time. Most of the time exam is delayed and thus students need to struggle a little.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is quite good but the course duration is very long the four where graduations fyug course is very long and the subject where much there are 7 subject total in our course the courses quite big but we are enjoying because in this course we are able to learn the science subjects, for example, VAC evaluated courses where we have given exam in disaster management and the ecosystem it also there is several subjects called MDC SEC AEC exam timing where also good and exam difficulty was hard in Vishwanath college there is no chance in Viswanath college to do copy or something illegal

One of my friends graduated from Gauhati University. According to her, it’s a decent university.
Faculty: The faculties are dedicated. They may seem strict at first, but you can approach them, regarding your problems.
Curriculum: The course curriculum is up-to-date. You can even follow the syllabus for various entrance tests.
Classes: Classes are held regularly. The institute is also strict regarding attendance.
Co-curricular: Different co-curricular activities are held around the academic year.
The environment on campus is great for studies. The university has been accredited with NAAC A grade. Overall it can be a great place to pursue your studies.
