- The teachers are friendly with the students and i have the best learning experience in there.
- The facilities gauhati university is providing and the infrastructure. teachers try to provide as much information as they can. the campus is so peaceful. hostels facilities are so good. gauhati university provides good health and medical facilities

- There was no entrance exam for us, it was online registration and merit list was provided, there was no entrance exam for us.
- Some teacher are very good and some are so bad in behavior and teaching so i dislike some teachers.

I selected political science because in my district I found this college which gives more knowledge about political science. The faculty of teachers in political science are much better then other colleges..I decide this subject because I want to join civil services in future

Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose the course because I like Mathematics & Physicss and I want to know more about the subject the course. The faculty is very supportive And helpful. The faculty members are all qualified MSC and PhD in Mathematics. They are very good teachers. Besides the semester examination, there are some class tests held by the faculty. As the subject is very informative the students studied hard to pass the exam.

- Our collage is small. so huge number seats are not available.
- Our collage not have some courses. Example MSC in chemistry, physics etc.

Our collage education system is very good. And teachers are very experienced.our college all students number about 2000. Teaching methods are very good.our college exams are very difficult was to pass.i choose BSC in chemistry because I going to read MSC in chemistry and PhD . Our class room student faculty is 80.

- The campus is very large. And is full of live.
- The staff is wondeful. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
- The sports and opportunities are very much and events are also good.
Dislikes
- Degree students are not given much priority.
- The cafeterias are not up to the mark and the food around. The campus is not good.
- There should be more events involving the degree students and they should be allowed to take part in the elections.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The courses are very good as they probide a vast selection of them. The professors and teachers are also very well informed, well mannered, friendly, kind, intelligent adn helpful. There are about 5-6 proffesors in each subjects. And about 30 students. The teachers are too nothc and you often see them appearing on news channels and respected talk shows. Term exams were kind of hard but not as much.

- Sports: a sports addict will love the open field and spaces in the campus

- Not so eventful college life as i expected before i joined the college
- The canteen food is real bad, cant have the canteen food everyday

I chose this course because i love English literature
Faculty student ratio is fairly good and new proffessors are being appointed by the government
Qualification of the staff is very high as all the staff are selected through tough government exams
Timings are according to the university and the exams are fairly standard

- The overall mindset of students about learning is poor and wick.
- The teaching staff is strict in exams and classrooms only. The are not too strict out of campus.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I've chosen this course because I have dream of being an educator in physics.The faculty students ratio is good. We never get lack of teachers.They are excellently doing their job in teaching and I am just enjoying it. In every semester we get two exam sessional and final which is nearly tough to pass as the teachers are a little positively strict.

The course curriculum provides ample of opportunities in both the legal as well as business world.
There's active participation from both the genders which makes it very gender neutral to pursue.

- There should be some placement orient course.
- Internet facility is very poor. It is vey slow in the campus.

I have completed 12th from commerce background, and i have to choose graduation in commerce in this college as it is near to my home.

Faculty are good. They make effort for the better result.
Timing of the term exams are not defined, not very hard to pass. It is easy.

- Teacher aren't good as they should be. Need more training.
- College campuses always used to be dirty and rush.
- Students doesn't follow proper uniform in college.

The teaching concept isn't good enough as they focused more or local language rather than English where students are bot getting any chances to learn English.
Most of the teacher used to irregular for the class.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose CSE course because I found it good for my future development. The faculties are very good and educated.The faculty ratio is 1:4.So, faculty are top notched.The teaching method is very different from the higher secondary that you have been just come from. The examination are always on pressure. As, we engineers prepares only a day before or whole night before exams. Sincere students who study on regular basis and attentive during lectures can easily pass the exams.

One of my friends graduated from Gauhati University. According to her, it’s a decent university.
Faculty: The faculties are dedicated. They may seem strict at first, but you can approach them, regarding your problems.
Curriculum: The course curriculum is up-to-date. You can even follow the syllabus for various entrance tests.
Classes: Classes are held regularly. The institute is also strict regarding attendance.
Co-curricular: Different co-curricular activities are held around the academic year.
The environment on campus is great for studies. The university has been accredited with NAAC A grade. Overall it can be a great place to pursue your studies.
