NLUJAA Assam Faculty

The faculty at the college is generally well-regarded for being disciplined and helpful, providing guidance in both academics and extracurricular activities such as moot competitions and research papers. The faculty-to-student ratio is favorable, and faculty members are accessible via email. Some faculty members are highly experienced, coming from prestigious institutions like NALSAR, St. Stephen's College, and the University of Delhi, and are involved in core committees like NAAC. However, there is a challenge in recruiting experienced faculty due to the college's location in northeastern India, resulting in a varied level of expertise among faculty members.

The faculty is involved in teaching problem-based exams, which is beneficial for law students. The BALLB course structure consists of two semesters per year, with a total of 100 marks divided between mid-semester (25 marks), end-semester exams (50 marks), and assignments (25 marks).
