CSVTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

As we know our college Bhilai institute of technology Durg is based on CSVTU which Chhattisgarh's engineering board so semester exams are conducted by it in every college of Chhattisgarh based on CSVTU. It's a semester wise system and the Course is decided so if the student is studying well then there is no problem with my exams.

Campus placement is good and a lot of companies visit us for placements every year. The internship is a mandatory part of our curriculum so all the students have to undergo 3 months internship during their 2nd year.

In 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements Companies visited- Nestle , alembic pharmaceutical , nilons , tata and no of offers - 2 to 4 Highest package- 7 lac per annum expected , nutritional officer at nestle india Average package- 3 lac per annum expected, sales executive at alembic pharmaceutical nagpur 70-80% students getting placements

I choose this field because it is very interesting to know about drugs and our bodies. Faculty are awesome, there is no lack of faculties. You ask any questions without any hesitation from them and faculties are well qualified, some of them were completed their Ph.D. and some of them have master's degrees. The semester exam was held within the gap of 6months and it goes from easy to hard to easy

Students can become a part of campus in their 7th semester. Approximately 100 companies conduct their drive in SSGI and almost 50% of the students get selected through campus placements. I got selected through campus placement and I am currently working in an organization.

Students can take part in campus from last year /7th semester onwards. There is no such company who has organised campus drive and has not to recruit a single student. The highest package is offered by WIPRO of 10.2 LPA and average package is 3.00LPA. About 80% of the students get palced in the recruitment drives. My plan after getting degree is to work under architect/engineer so that I can gain more knowldege related to my field and furhter keep preparation for govt. exams.

Students are eligible for campus placement - in the 7th semester. Companies offer a job - Nestle, Wipro, Tata. The highest package - 4 lakh per annum. The average package- 1 lakh per anum. Percentage of students getting placements 60-80%.

For 3rd year or 7th semester, your are eligible for internship or college placements 145 company came to college and highest package is 10.5 lack per annum of Byjus company and average package is 4.5 lakh per annum overall company based. There is no specific percentage of students getting placement but have a good cgpa is good enough. My plans after getting a degree are MTech for higher study.

The placement is good. Good reputed come for recruitment but it's not for every branch. Maximum companies come for CSE/IT field. 50-60% get placement job and others have some different plans after B.E. My plan after BE is to apply for ETO in the merchant navy.

The average company that comes to our college is 65+ with an average package of 3.5 LPA. Some of the companies are TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, HDFC, Wipro, byjus , techment, , BSP and many more. Before placement, the training campaign for the students is done.
