Ans. No, candidates who have already qualified in UGC-NET/JRF, CSIR-NET/JRF, GATE, CEED, or similar national-level tests are exempt from the VRET entrance examination. They can apply directly under the VRET-Exempted category. However, they still need to go through the counselling and merit-based selection process.
