I am having an extraordinary experience here. I have learned many good things which will help me alot in my future. About 60% students got placed last year. The packages offered were fine and not that good. The placements is purely based on your skills and abilities.
The placement of the campus is not at all good. Rarely the companies visits the campus for placement. 5 to 10 students are placed every year by the placement sell. no the institution does not provides special preparation for students for the placement season.
Placement drive often takes place. There is a separate department for placement related matters. Recently Deccan i-services and Piramal Swasthya visited for placements. Other placements at ICAR, IINRG, BCIL, ICMR. 15-18 placements made. Highest offering: 2 Lakhs.
The internship program is a part of the syllabus for the end semester students. Internship at CSIR recognized labs are preferred. NIT ROURKELA, IICB KOLKATA, IINRG, ICAR, TASAR RESEARCH INSTITUTE, NIGER, ILS BHUBANESWAR, SUN PHARMA, CODON, CYTOGENE, etc.
No campus placement is offered for MA Courses. But after pursuing B. Ed one can opt for teaching field in University or school. That's what I am planning for
around 50%-60% students gets placement. Many renowned companies visit here to take students and offer jobs. It has a great alumni networking for job referrals. The Entrepreneur cell is also good but can be better.
Placement at our institution is quite good. I am an intern now through the college placement processing at originITsolutions, Ranchi.
Placement is to and fro from some section of students who are related to vocational training and program. In this college only state companies comes to choose the brilliant one with a good package of salary.
