MBA placements at Alliance University offered the highest salary package compared to other courses of INR 22.6 LPA, while the average salary was 7.6 LPA in the year 2019. More than 90% of students got placed in reputed firms. About Alliance University Ph.D. (Management)

Alliance University in Bengaluru offers a full-time Ph.D. in Management with a three-year minimum and a six-year limit, coursework included. The university holds NAAC A+ and was set up by a Karnataka state law in 2010. The full fee for three years is INR 4.11 Lakhs without hostel and INR 10.16 Lakhs with a triple room and meals. You get in through ARAT, the university's own entrance test, and a personal interview. UGC NET, SLET and GATE holders skip the test. You need a master's degree with 55% marks, or 50% if you are SC, ST, OBC (non-creamy layer), EWS or differently abled. A four-year honours degree with 75% marks also works. If your master's result is not out yet, you can join on provisional admission. You then show your 55% marks within three months, or the university cancels your admission.

Alliance University Ph.D. (Management) Scholarships

Over three years, the UGC NET-JRF fellowship adds up to INR 13.92 Lakhs and the Alliance research fellowship to INR 12.60 Lakhs. The UGC one pays INR 37,000 a month for two years and INR 42,000 after that. Both are paid to you each month, and you still pay the fee to the university. Part-time scholars get neither.

This course suits students who want a research or teaching career in management and can study full time for three years or more.

Pick it if:

You are a woman or differently abled scholar with a business idea: you get access to the Centres of Excellence and an INR 10 Crore entrepreneurial fund.
