Alliance University offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctoral programs along with various professional Certificate programs. It runs BBA, B.Com. (Hons.), B.Tech., BA-LL.B and BBA-LL.B at UG level. AT PG level, the university offers MBA, PGDM, Executive PGDM, M.Com and LL.M. Candidates can take admission in Ph.D program under Management, Engineering & Science and Law.

Application process is common for all the courses offered by Alliance University. The Application Form can be filled through online or offline mode upon payment of INR 1000 (INR 2000 for NRI/SAARC candidates).

  • Admission to B.Tech and M.Tech program is offered on the basis of score in Alliance University Engineering Entrance Test (AUEET) followed by a personal interview conducted by Alliance College of Engineering and Design.
  • Alliance University also offers direct admission to B.Tech Lateral entry program.
  • Securing admission in BBA and B.Com. (Hons.) requires a valid score in Alliance Undergraduate Aptitude Test (AUMAT) conducted by Alliance School of Business.
  • For BA-LL.B, BBA-LL.B and LL.M, students must have a good score in ACLAT.
  • Admission to MBA, PGDM and M.Com. is garnted on the basis of Alliance Management Aptitude Test (AMAT) exam.
  • Hoever, the university gives prefernce to candidates with a score in CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/KMAT/NMAT.

Alliance University B.Tech Admission 2020

Alliance University offers B.Tech and B.Tech (Lateral Entry) courses to the students who want to pursue their career in the field of engineering. Admission to B.Tech Regular is performed on the basis of score of AUEET while for B.Tech lateral entry merit is the only criteria.

For B.Tech, Candidates are selected on the basis of marks obtained in Alliance University Entrance Engineering Test (AUEET) followed by a personal interview conducted by Alliance College of Engineering and Design. The duration for this course is 4 years.

For Lateral Entry, students can get admission directly in the third semester (second year) of the B.Tech degree course. To select candidates for the Lateral entry courses, the college conducts a Lateral Entry entrance examination. An eligible candidate must hold a Diploma or equivalent degree in the field of engineering with an aggregate of 50% marks (40% marks for reserved category). The duration of this course is 3 years.

Alliance University UG Admission 2020: BBA, B.Com (H), BA.LLB & BBA.LLB

Alliance University also offers various UG courses to the students in the field of Management, Finance, Law and Arts. All candidates are selected on the basis of marks scored in entrance examinations conducted by the respective college of the university.

For BBA and B.Com (H), the eligible students are required to appear in Alliance Undergraduate Management Aptitude Test (AUMAT) followed by a personal interview conducted by the university.  For B.A LL.B (Honors) and BBA LL.B (Honors), students are required to give Alliance Common Law Admission Test (ACLAT) followed by an interview.

Executive PGDM is specially designed for working professionals. This weekend course provides the opportunity to enhance the skills & expertise for the corporate-sponsored programs. Candidates with relevant work experience can appear directly in the personal interview round conducted by the university. The duration of the course is 16 months.

Selection Process

 Students have to score good marks in AMAT to confirm their admission to MBA and PGDM. However, the university gives preference to students with a valid score in any of teh following CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/KMAT/NMAT exams over AMAT exam.

AMAT consists of five sections to be completed within the time duration of 1 hour (60 minutes).

  • The paper comprises 65 multiple choice questions (MCQs). Please use pencil or pen to circle your response.
  • The sections are Quantitative (15), Conceptual (15), General Knowledge (15), General English (15) and Comprehension (5).
  • Attempt to answer all the five sections to improve the possibility of a good score.

Final selection is comprised of AMAT score, Essay writing (on the topic given by the selection committee), Oral extempore presentation followed by the Personal Interview.
