Shivaji University Kolhapur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The course which I selected is Electronics Engineering is started in college in 1992, So the faculties are so experienced. I came across good placement as they gave everyone equal chance in placements whether you are average or topper. Talking about knowledge in my field, they were so helpful to teach us new technologies as well as basic ones. College offers 1 semester credit transfer scheme in which you get shifted in College of Engineering Pune for 1 semester. Also in last year it provides internship in field you want with duration of maximum 6 months. There is career guidance cell in which they help you to choose between employment/ Start up/ Higher studies both abroad and regionals, Job etc. College has good sport faculties and equipment. There are large number of activities that college takes annually for eg. Social gathering, NSS, Technical events, Workshops and many more. It is one of the best institutes in south western Maharashtra and Yes. I see this institute going higher and higher ahead.

The college can provide placements facility for students or another service for students to get the right jobs. The last year students are eligible for placements. College student Recruiters: HP, Accenture, ICICI Bank, SAMSUNG, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, SBI, Facebook TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, IBM, Logitech, Apple, Atos etc. The students can get packages as per their knowledge & depend upon companies. College students are also got placements at abroad. Up to 50% of students can get their dream jobs from this college.

Last year students are eligible for placement. For CS and IT, placement is nearly 100 %. For IT most packages are around 4LPA CTC for biotechnology department placement is around 70% but the salary offered is very less.

After the completion of 6th semester means getting a degree we can apply for the campus selection. Infosys, TDS these companies offers campus selection yearly. 5 out of 50 are selected on an average basis. After Completing degree I will apply for post-graduation.

Structure and also teaching is better.the guest lectures are arranged to teach and give the some market situation knowledge to the students. Every 15 to 20 person one teacher is arranged try to solve there personal as well as educational problems.also this college is near to from my home and it is way to travelling. The college situated in perfect place and no problem to travel by any public transport

The TKIET WARNANAGAR is famous for the chemical engineering field placement. The placement of the college is very good in the 7th-semester companies started to visit our college. There is no of the company are listed in this galaxy surfactant, jaro education, BYJUS and lot of company are visiting in college. The 12 lakhs per annum is higher salary given by the company. Galaxy are 5 to 6 lakhs per annum given. The 90 to 95% student are placed in the campus interview. Our plan is get the job throgh the campus interview and do the job greatly and achieve the life goal.

After 3rd-semester students become eligible for campus placements. In the MSW degree, there is 2 days of fieldwork in every week so the students get proper and practical knowledge /experience. The company or the agency which are connected with the college asks faculty about students to get placement.

Students after 5th semester are elligible for placements. My plan is too do graduarion nd post graducation. I think high percentage or students who get distinction are eligible for placements after getting the degree am going to do attend competitive exam.

Placement cell is doing well. Many students are been placed by multinational companies and they are also getting a nice package. Personal preparation is also done on behalf of the college faculty so that maximum student can gain opportunity.

Campuses are good and from reputed companies but it depends upon the abilities you have to work in the company. Package is starting from 5lpa to 24-30 laps annually about 82 percent of students get placed every year.
