- Scholarship like post-matric scholarship, e-medhbruti, kalia scholarship etc are available.
- Teachers are well, good and caring. they make us feel like a school.
- I like many things in my college. our class room is awesome . i do like very much.. our library is such a good library.
Dislikes
- I don't like many things in college. Such worse environment in our college. Always people try to quarrel in with us.
- Food of the canteen is very bad also not a single shop is in the 125acres of campus
- There is always problem on water and electricity

If students do not get campus placement they can apply offcampus but it will be difficult to get a good job outside in this market situation.
So college tries to get most of the students places however students may find it difficult to get a job if not in college.

- Library open but not received all types of study book
- If on our college have a indoor game facility it will be more better
Course Curriculum Overview:
I have an arts student and I have completed my plus 2 also in a government college. So I chose in graduation arts and want to be a teacher and prepare for bed after graduation.
In future, I want to teach students.

- Academics of college is very nice and faculty are very supportive and highly qualified
- College have clubs like Robotics Club, music club , Coding club this Clubs are very good and well equipped and help students a lot for getting hands-on experience of this field
- College campus is good and green also very cleen
Dislikes
- Location of college is little bit away from the main city Bhubaneswar
- Railway station is 10 km away from college and auto charges are very high
- Hostel wardens are very strict and college Main gate is closed at 6pm
Placement Experience:
The placements are nice if you work hard and enhance your skills like you are communication skills your core branch skills you can get a good job and internship also.approx 80-90% of students get placed in good companys like TCS Infosys Bonv etc.

- I think the Srusti Academy is the one of the best B- Schools in Bhubaneswar with such fee structure. The Teaching is excellent where you can develop yourself through various learning activities. The teachers are very educated and supportive .
- The college Provides Internships Opportunities to each and every student in sectors such as Finance , Marketing , Human Resources, Operation and Information Technology. There is also chance of pre placement opportunities at the companies .
- The college provides daily news paper to its student such as Business Standard and Economic Times. The college gives placement as per its capabilities. Many reputed companies such as ITC , TCI freight , Berger paints , Asian Heart , Icic bank .
Dislikes
- The college provides most of the placements in marketing sector . There is very less placements in core finance and core Human resource sector . The infrastructure is not that enough well equipped . The classroom Ac's in summer season are not working
- The size of the campus is too small for a management college . There is no opportunity for sports activities. Also the condition of the gymnasium is very pathetic . The college is doing various club activities but it need to be more activity based .
- The college provides most of the placements in marketing sector. There is very less placements in core finance and core Human resource sector
Placement Experience:
After the internship that is after 2nd semester all the students eligible for campus placement .
In the batch of 2023-25 nearly 120 offers were made companies such as Berger paints
ITC , Asian heart , TCI , icic , sriram finance , Bellatar Microfinance, ceasefire etc has come .
Nearly 60% of the batch got placed so far in the campus placement.
I have to find a core finance or hr company after completion of my degree .

- Infrastructure of this college is good enough and it's constantly progressing.
- The teachers are quite attentive towards the students
- The college is located at the outskirts of dense vegetation and has extreme freshness

- lack of basic water supply throughout many parts of the years
- Lack of electricity supply throughout the year at certain times.
- Lack of exposure and internet connection

Eligible for campus placements are the end of 6th semester
Company is that visits to the campus for Tata Steel , Rungta Steel, vedanta and more.
Highest.Package offered was of 16 lacs and the lowest package was of 2.5 lakhs

- The faculties are good and genuine they are good
- Infrastructure,Library, Swimming Pool,Gym
- Lab are ok not excellent and the environment
Dislikes
- Management,3rd grade hostel,improper food,Lack of proper drinking water in campus
- Lack of effective communication towards hostel warden,hostel wardens are not good and they dont co-operate
- Lack of proper bus transportation for day scholars,Old infrastructure, inadequate faculties,both teaching and non teaching Under qualified
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible by the starting of 7th sem and the companies visited names are less because our college is a t4 college so thats why the highest package is around 400000 and avg package is around 200000

- The First Thing that I liked about the College is Its Infrastructure they have a well managed system of college buildings, playgrounds, hostel buildings, canteen buildings and others too.
- The Other Thing I like about the College is their Faculties, They are experienced and quite knowledgeable having good command over the subjects , the teachers do take extra classes when and where necessary.
- The Other thing that I liked about the college is Their seriousness towards Complaints, They make sure that they respond to each and every complaint with quite seriousness.
Dislikes
- The First That I do not liked about the college is Its Placements it Roughly Goes around 8-10 LPA which is just average if you really serious then you have to work yourself and attract companies toward you.
- The other thing that I do not Liked about the college is the taste of the mess food, although they do provide wide variety of foods but most of them are not that much tasty.
- The Other thing I disliked is the In and Out time, The hostel gates closes at 8PM in Night which is quite unreasonable.
Placement Experience:
As I am Currently In the first year of the college , I do not know much about the placements but there are a lot of placement drives happening in our college , you will become eligible to sit in campus placements from 4th year or from 7th semester. As much as I know most of the Students in our college got placed in respective companies.As much I think I am planning about taking a good and decent job in the reputed company , and then after some year of experience starting my own start-up.

- Our college having all class rooms, laboratory, hostels ,canteen. The improvement needed like vechile parking facility.
- The students are engaged in different clubs that helps to communicate with each other.
- More than 80% of students are got engaged in different industries.
Dislikes
- Parking facility are not properly maintained.
- Sports fields are want to be more maintained.
- Bathroom and urinal facilities are need to be improved
Course Curriculum Overview:
My course is Chemical Engineering. Chemical Engineering is the course that helps to will you carrier in different fields like thermal power plant chemical industry and pharmaceutical industries etc.
Our department also have the facilities Ansys, Aspen, AutoCAD etc.

- Mainly engagement is happening via clubs. By different club the student are engaged with each other. There have many clubs in our college like cadence , sanskriti, robotic and writer's and sports group etc.
- It include well equipped labs and the equipment and sports zones and green extensive or garden for refreshment and explore the nature.
- The teaching style of faculty is very excellent. The teach with real life example for better understanding and clarify the doubt by using practical method.
Dislikes
- Very short Campus
Placement Experience:
From 7 th semester students become eligible for campus placements. The name of companies visited in our college EVA, Nicco, A-1 fence product company private limited, cybrain, innocule etc. The highest package till now is 5LPA and average package is 3.5 LPA. Till now 40 % of student getting placed.
