IIM Udaipur Admission 2027 has a separate process for each programme. The two year MBA is based on the CAT 2026 score, followed by a personal interview held by IIM Udaipur. There are also two one year MBA programmes, in Digital Enterprise Management and in Global Supply Chain Management. Both need three years of work, a test score and an interview. The Executive MBA is taught online for working people. The Ph.D and the Executive Ph.D have their own forms and interviews. The BBA is an online degree with no entrance test. CAT 2026 is on 29 Nov 2026. Every seat is offered from a merit list, and the central reservation rules apply.

The two year MBA is the main full time programme at IIM Udaipur. Classes are held at the Balicha campus in Udaipur, and students live in the campus hostel. The planned batch size for the 2026-28 batch was 375. Admission is based on CAT 2026 and a personal interview. The fee for the 2026-28 batch adds up to INR 22.51 Lakhs, with hostel and mess.

After the interview, IIM Udaipur works out a final score for each student. The CAT score gets 55% weight, the personal interview 25% and your profile 20%. Grants: INR 25,000 a year for books and software, up to INR 1 Lakh for a laptop, and INR 20,000 a year for Indian conferences.
Travel abroad: Up to INR 4 Lakhs for research and conferences abroad, and INR 7.5 Lakhs for a semester abroad for two students a year.
