MDS University offers B.Sc. program with a duration of 3 years and Integrated MCA+BCA program with the duration of 5 years at an undergraduate level. The University also offers various PG courses under a number of different specializations. All these courses are for a duration of two years except for MCA and MCA Lateral Entry courses. MDSU offers all types of UG, PG and research courses in multiple disciplines through 20 teaching departments and 6 centres. The registration process for all courses starts in the month of June. However, the application procedure for PhD courses starts in the month of July. Applicants who wish to apply can submit the application form on the official website of university.
The minimum eligibility for UG courses is class 12 with minimum 50% marks in any stream for B.Sc. and at least 60% marks for Integrated MCA+BCA program. For admission to PG courses, students should have graduation degree in relevant stream with required marks.
MDSU Ajmer Admission to all courses is done through the merit of last qualifying exams. No separate Entrance tests are conducted for admission to these courses.
MDSU also offers M.Phil. and PhD courses on various specialization. As per eligibility for M.Phil/PhD program, applicants should have Master’s degree in relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks.
The registration for these courses is done through online mode in the month of July. Eligible candidates need to sit for an entrance test which is conducted by the university. The selection is done on the basis of candidate’s performance in entrance exam.
