Fee Structure

Alternative Flat Fee Option

• The annual programme fee of Rs. 1,10,000 is the sum of Development Fee (Rs. 23,125) + Tuition Fee (Rs. 69,375) + Administrative Fee (Rs. 17,500).
• The flat fee option of Rs. 90,000 per year is an alternative to the component-wise fee structure. Note that scholarships do not apply to the flat fee structure.
• Registration fee of Rs. 1,500 is a one-time, non-refundable payment.
• Alumni and Convocation fee of Rs. 2,500 is payable in the final year only.
• Indian fee structure is also applicable for students from Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
• Hostel fees are optional (not mandatory). Hostel charges (including meals) range from approximately Rs. 1,05,000 to Rs. 1,40,000 per year depending on room type (non-AC to AC). Hostel is not included in the total programme fee above.
• Fee payment is accepted online and offline via TCS iON portal.
• Refundable fees: The caution deposit of Rs. 10,000 paid at the time of hostel booking is refundable subject to hostel refund norms.

Poornima University Admission Dates (2026-27)

JEE Main 2026 and REAP 2026 Dates

• Both JEE Main 2026 sessions have concluded.
• Students with valid JEE Main scores can apply directly to Poornima University.
• REAP 2026 (Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process) is the state-level counselling for Rajasthan-domicile students; Poornima University participates in REAP.
• Direct admissions are also accepted at the university level independent of REAP.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pass in 10+2 with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC/SBC candidates) in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects.
• For Lateral Entry: Pass in 10+3 or 12+2 year Diploma in Engineering; or B.Sc. degree with Mathematics in 10+2 (with additional bridge courses in Engineering Graphics/Drawing and Engineering Mechanics).
• Students appearing in 10+2 final exams are also eligible to apply provisionally.

• Submit valid JEE Main score for merit-based admission and scholarship eligibility.
• Rajasthan-domicile students may also apply through REAP 2026 counselling (registration expected from May 28, 2026).
• Submit required documents (10+2 marksheet, transfer certificate, ID proof, passport-size photographs) at the time of admission.
• Pay the first-year programme fee to confirm the seat.
• Last date for admission is August 31, 2026.

Scholarship Details

• All scholarships (except Gramin Shiksha Yojna and Pearls of RRF) are applicable on tuition fee only.
• Scholarships are determined based on the aggregate marks of the best five subjects, with preference given to Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for B.Tech.
• Scholarship is granted to 2025 and 2026 (10+2) pass-out students only.
• Scholarships do not apply to the flat fee structure.
• A student can avail only one scholarship at a time; once opted, it cannot be changed in subsequent years.
• Students not eligible for scholarship in the first year are not eligible in subsequent years.
• Scholarship continuation in subsequent years is subject to no backlogs in the previous year ( theory papers only).
• Sports scholarship certificates must be dated on or after January 1, 2023.
