I'm basically interested in computer science and engineering, and also is a fact that generally high packages are being offered in the CSE branch. But the teaching faculty at SKIT is not that good. Many of the YouTubers are much better than the faculty members.

I choose the Computer science course because there are lots of upcoming opportunities in this field and also am guided and mentored about this also so I prefer computer science course. The student-faculty ratio is very average, Most of the faculty is well experienced, and helping many of our professors have completed PhD in their respective fields. Exams timetable is little distorted due to covid but you have to give at least 3 midterms and semester exams occur twice in 1-year well difficulty I would say its pretty much challenging if you are an average student.

Students become for campus placement from the sixth semester onwards. Many companies like celebal, cognizant, TCS, Infosys, etc are visiting the college and their number is around 250-300. The highest package is around 25 lakh and the average package is around 4 lakh. Around 80% of students got placed. My plan after degree is to do a job in an MNC.

The percentage is not mattered for your placement it all depends on your skills and knowledge but some company's eligibility is different. My plan after getting the BCA degree is to go for higher studies.

From 4th year i.e 7th sem you will be eligible to sit in placements. There are many companies that visit the campus like Cognizant, Byjus, Infosys, TCS and many more. Exact no. Is not known but about 80% of students get placed. Highest package - 9.75 lac/annum by Byjus. Average package - 2.9 lac /annum. I want to get a campus placement in TCS or Deloitte.

Placement are good like other B category colleges. The average package lies between 3-5 lpa. This year the highest package offered to a CS guy was 18lpa . The placement record of college varies between 70-80 % every year . CS and IT branch manages to get 80-90% placement.
