RTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 7th & 8th-semester, students are eligible for in campus placements. There are various big companies Infosys and IBM and other many companies that come for in campus placement. The placement ratio is above 60% and avg package is 3-4 lac per annum.

Placement is the most important factor while deciding on a college. And why not after all many join the college for job security only. Companies start visiting the college in the mid of the 6th semester and start the recruiting process. Mostly the service based companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, IBM visits the college. You will find very few product based companies visiting the college. Here placement statistics are almost the same as the other similar kind of private colleges. Almost 75-80% of students get placed with a median salary of around 3.50 lakh/annum. And also around 10-15% of students received a package of 6lakh+ / annum. Also, there are 2-3% of students get placed in top MNCs and other product based companies through off campus placement by their hard work and dedication.

I can placements are not that good for the civil department but apart from this, it is good for other departments. All other students were mostly placed The highest package was in the EC dept. i.e. 22lakh per annum in Goldman Sachs. After this 12lakh per annum in Cs Dept. In Bosch. So I can say this is a very good package for freshers.

Poornima College of Engineering and its Training and placement cell (TPO) plays a key role in getting every student placed on good packages accordingly. More than 15+ big names like Infosys, TCS, IBM, Pinnacle Infotech, Capgemini, Genpact, Shriram Finance etcetera visit campus for placement drive and hiring process. College helps every student for getting a good job according to the students and their academics.

Very good placement opportunities are provided to students. Many companies like Infosys, TCS, Josh Technology Group, L & T Infotech, ICICI Prudential have visited our college. A maximum number of students are got placed every year.

There are 1800+ students placed this 2021 year, in the top companies namely TCS, Accenture, HP, and many other Tech Giants, with the highest package of the previous year by 12lac. The students although have started their own start-ups which are also proving to very successful and provide in return placement to us as interns as their own Groups combined with college groups

Companies are byjus, IBM, Mahindra rise, Infosys and many more. The highest package is 12 lac. And the average is 5 lac. Almost 90% of the students are getting placed through campus with many job opportunities waiting ahead for them.

There were various companies visited every year in the college. The student is eligible from 7 semesters for placements, along with college also organized various activities for placements. The average package 3.6 lacs per annum.

The students are eligible in 2 years for campus placements. The big companies have come in job mela fest organized by the college authority. They offered according to students as per a year. The 60% must have for campus placement. My plans after my degree I do preparation for a government teacher.
