Likes
- The faculty are well experienced and they try their best to give their most to the students by utilising the most of the resources available.
- The fee structure varies from course to course and scholarship is provided by ugc and state governments and the university also provides certain incentives for meritorious students and there are employment opportunities if one is qualified for the post.
- The campus life was great, we had a huge library, canteen to hang out, read and get connected with students from other departments.
Dislikes
- Every year a sports event is held known as ramilo sukhim but we have to go to different places for each event due to lack if campus facilities.
- The management department is in such place where there is no canteen of shops near by.
- No proper campus, classes, hostels and programs run on rented buildings which delay implementation of new facilities or schemes

- They have a good bus facility free of cost so we don't have to pay for the travelling

- Campus is spread all over the gangtok it's not in one place
- Teesta boys hostel is so far and not good so filthy
- Lack of infrastructure is also a major reason

I was into this course and field is also good mostly practical work is done hood here
One and half months is the frequency of the exams
More practicality would be good for teaching ..it kind of decent for real word bt more cam be done

- Teaching method is very good but some teachers are not serious and doesn’t take class but few teachers they are very much concern for our studies.
- No i,am not engaged in any college activities because there are more than a thousand students they are already there
- There are no facilities like smart boards and i find I difficult to see the written words from the back bench.
Dislikes
- I don’t like the college washroom because its very dirt and no body maintains it
- Some teaching methods of teacher not experienced also
- There is no facility for drinking water and they need to provide us

Yes the curriculum is nice and some of it are very useful for our personal development. Exams are taken twice a year and tests are also taken frequently whuch is also called semester test or exam in order to bring change in our educational system

- The washroom needs some fixation and cleaning
- Not a very big fan of Campus election that’s held every year

Course Curriculum Overview:
I've always enjoyed English as an subject and later I decided to choose this course . The curriculum I don't know but the teachers are really hardworking and good with lessons making it easy to understand ,there was a teacher she was teaching a very difficult lesson I still remember she made a ppt filled with memes so that we could understand it better , I found that really kind and an opt dedication towards her job . The sessionals are held for 1 hour and the end term for 2 , talking about the difficulty level it depend on the way that u have prepared it .

- Faculties who are DU and JNU graduates and all have completed their PHd. The mentor we get for dissertation during the final semesters is beneficial for the students.
- The couse also include a subject of Remte Sensing and GIS.
- The Central Library is equipped with various journals and books for the reference of student.
Dislikes
- The rented campus on the highway area in the town.
- The new Sikkim University campus is being build in Yangyang South Sikkim.
- The Campus is on the verge of completion so the department can be shifted there.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is updated to meet the modern day technological interventions in studying Geography as a subject matter. The Remte Sensing and GIS is the latest technology used in studying and understanding the associated phenomenon of spatial landscape.

- I like the faculty of our college, they are highly qualified and excellent in teaching.
- The library because it offers a lot of books which we can use.
- There are college cafeteria where we can have our lunch but we need to pay for it.
Dislikes
- The washroom of our college is not hygienic.
- The college compound is also not that clean in some places.
- Even though it is anti ragging l, there are still ragging done in our college.

I opted for this course Bea I had interest in it. The course is divided into 6 semesters. 2 semesters every year. And there are sessional exams before end term exams. So altogether the course curriculum prepares us well for real world applications.

- Huge Infrastructure of the campus including various ways to refresh yourself during free time
- Common room for boys and girls to play games like table tennis, chess,carrom board.
- College fest was the best part of the college as there were lots of opportunities to show your talent
Dislikes
- Really unhygienic washroom no maintenance at all
- Searing capacity in cafeteria was less as compared to the number of students
- Teachers were always in a hurry to finish the syllabus

I want to be a teacher in nepali subject so i choose this course.
The curriculam does not prepare you for the real world applications as the teachers are always ina hurry to finish the syllabus.
The teachers could be more creative towards their teaching stratergy.

- Big campus and great surroundings (lovely college located in the centrw of the city
- Proper guards situated in entrance resulting in better security towards the students
- Experienced facultys well experienced teachers around the city well advance sytem of teaching
Dislikes
- Unhygenic washroom really dirty and full of smell that could lead to various harmful diseases
- No ambulance in the initial year but as an ancident happened the ambulance was provided
- No medical room for injured person for medication
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course was overall good but the amount of effort the teachers should put in making understanding the students should be a bit more.
There could be improvement if the teachers foucs on certain capability of the students in the class.

- The nature of the college surroundings and the surrounding is so huge that u will need more than an hour to make a round of the college....
- There is individual building according to the course or subject..... The college have lots of facilities available
- Facilities available like personal library, ambulance, road connectivity all over campus, car parking and bike parking available, all campus is surrouded by cctv and police duty in the main gate....
Dislikes
- The college is known to be number 1 government college around sikkim and it is very old college and know by everyone..... Due to old it need to be maintain and reconstust it like
- There is no facilities like white board, they still use black board with chalk
- And building need to be coloured and need to make it good looking

I would like to say the course i choose is the right choice for me to be successful in my life because our state economy depends upon tourism and i have different choice or opportunity for the future works or job

- The hostel facility is limited and less people can take the facility.
- The faculty-to-student relationship is not so good.
- The overall development is not so much focused
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is relevant. But few subjects are hard and not so useful for real-world applications. The course focuses on the important aspects of commerce and provides us vital information about this field. The overall course curriculum is well designed.

- The condition of the toilet and surrounding area is very dirty need a special attention to clean that area

Yes it's quite good and really appreciate to see the way they conduct the exam .iam really excited to give my sessional exam of Geography , political science and sociology soo it's my immuse pleasure to talk about this pattern and they have made it really nice way of checking the student's iq and to check what they remember
