- Some of them are very kind and teach the things very easily.
- Amazon, tcs, accenture, lnt, infosys, and all other important companies are here to provide more opportunities for all the best students.
- Sastra university has excellent infrastructure and the social life was very peaceful and joyful the library is fantastic.
Dislikes
- Fests and other activities will be less and very bad actually
- About the syllabus its little bit tough to crack the exam.
- The rent is very cheap but being a non vegetarian the vegetarian food was not good for me .

Campus placements are good here they take mostly from CS,ECE and then Bioinformatics there is placement cell who helps us during placements throughout the process and also at the of 3-2 we have placement training program there are internship opportunities also in 3-1 and 3-2

- I liked the crowd here, both my batchmates and seniors. Due to the no ragging policy being strictly followed, the seniors act like our own siblings and guide us. Other than this, the academic guidance is spot on.
- The clubs relating to my passion consists of a very dedicated team and are also on the path to reach us whatever they learnt over their tenure.
- The faculties' teaching methods are right on target and perfect. They know what to teach and also make sure that we understand all the concepts well.
Dislikes
- The hostel rules to visit home and the very average mess food.
- The college is located in the highway which obstructs accessibility to daily essentials. Though they are available in the hostel and campus, some are not available.
- The lack of celebrations for festivals like other colleges makes me feel a bit disappointed. If celebrations are present, we could have a fun and interactive time with the fellow students and would be easier to network with them during organising.
Placement Experience:
Being in the first year, I am not very sure about the placements but word from my seniors sounds like all are getting placed.
They are eligible for placement from the 7th semester onwards.
I have not planned anything about after getting the degree as of now, but if I manage to get a good offer from campus placements, I would definitely keep them in my considerations.

- Research facilities are the best of all Tamil Nadu.
- The in-depth knowledge provided by each course give a good foundation.
- Extracurricular like NCC,Dance,Fests,Sports.
Dislikes
- The college rules are very strict in dressing.
- There is no nonveg in either hostels or canteens.
- You need to finish basic courses like Civil,Mechanical in your 1st year which might not help you.
Placement Experience:
For my branch, I would say there are not many opportunities for a core company, but some pharmaceutical companies and IT companies are offering placements including Astazenca, Dr Reddys, Fidelity, Rosche, etc.

- The peer group is one of the best thing I got here after joining the college.As many come from different parts of south india and aswell as the north side too.
Dislikes
- No fest or events are held here as there is only once where they conduct events.
Placement Experience:
Regarding the placements scenerio the present situation i heard is decent and many are getting placed. Not high packages but there will be majority 10lakh package and it may vary. As it is based on students skills

- The ambience is so good the college is always so clean and hygiene
- There is no ragging the college which is very good in the colme5
Dislikes
- Non veg is not allowed in the campus , but we can buy and eat outside the College
- Dress culture is so bad, boys can't even wear any type of tshirt and girls always has to wear dupatta and they can't even wear jeans
Placement Experience:
If u get 7.5 cgpa u will be eligible for almost 90% of the companies almost 100 to 150 companies visit the college and average package will be around 6 lakh to 7 lakh, almost everyone will get placed in the college for cse

- There are more extra curricular activites than expected
- The teachers are not so bad at teaching like they give time to students
- The classrooms aree Good like spacious and ventilated
Placement Experience:
As I am in first year I don't know more about the placements but I have some plans in this. I have some idea which can become a big hit like I have some hopes for myself even if I don't make itout of the university with good cgpa.

- Mess is overall okay But only veg is provided and the new hostel infra is nice
- Have good research facilities and only some staffs over here are nice not everyone
- A good morning exercise as we (boys) have to walk a long way to college
Dislikes
- Need non veg also more damage fee is given every sem
- Some staffs are way worse than ever they personally target the student
- Old hostels need a lot of improvements and maintanence
Placement Experience:
I have no idea about my DPT placements I heard that fewer core companies are visiting the university but many IT and related companies visit frequently I Hope it will change in a few years. I am interested in joining as a research scholar... So I don't see that

- Labs are tremendous.all equipments are working well and good
- All sports facilities are available with orthodox teams
- Canteen,gym(free),good hostel facilities
Dislikes
- Cultural events are very less during odd semesters
Placement Experience:
From 5th or 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Often visited companies are tcs, wipro, zoho etc. Highest package is around 35-40LPA and average is 10LPA. Almost 88-90% of students get places every year.

- The infrastructure and the facilities they Provide is excellent.Students can gain knowledge and have hands on experienceon their respective fields
- Studnets from different states will come and accomodate so there is diverse culture.The faculties here are highly experienced and they have knowledge in their fields
- From 3rd year you will have placement training and they assist you in all possible ways.Placement percentage is also high and both core and software has equal opportunities .
Dislikes
- cultural programs and events would be low when compared to other colleges
- In hostel sometimes the food quality will be low
Placement Experience:
Nearly 90 pecent of the students got placed and the average package is around 6-7 lakhs.The highest package is 35 lpa. My plan is to work for 2 years and gain hands on experience and may be go abroad for higher studies.From 6th sem students are eliigible for placements and companies visited are:
1)TCS 2)zoho 3)siemens 4)cognizant 5)mahindra and many other

- Hostel conditions....like rooms and restrooms
- Classroom and ICT tools available for teachings.
- Academic flexibility for internal sliding after first year to help with change of field of interest.
Dislikes
- Mess food is not very good and need to be improved
Placement Experience:
As I have heard from 3rd year many companies visy sastra and can be found of their website. Highest average packages are not public and internally revealing which are around 12-6 LPA. Only eligible students are allowed to get placed so getting placed students are kinda hard to tell. My plan after the course will depend on the field of interest that differs throughout my course. I have left an open mind to explore my options and interests
