The AIIMS Rishikesh hostels offer well-maintained, hygienic facilities with separate accommodations for male and female students. First-year students share rooms, while second-year students have larger shared rooms, and from the third year onwards, single rooms are provided. The hostels do not charge any fees, except for a refundable security deposit of approximately 500 rupees for the entire course duration.

Meal quality is generally good, with student-governed menus offering nutritious and varied options, including non-vegetarian dishes multiple times a week. The mess facilities are clean, and outdoor canteens are available. Electricity and water are provided without additional charges, and students can use personal electronic devices in their rooms.
