Here 98% of placements are offered to students which is a tremendous thing in the college. Innumerable companies come here to present. The highest package offered here was 42 lakhs to a BTech student over here. I would do an MBA with the same college in the future

The placement process starts when the student is in final year and about to go for the mid semester examinations. Students are specified according to their grades and then accordingly presented before the interviewers and then shortlisted according.
Accreditation Council (NAAC), it is ranked 46th for MBA by Outlook 2020 and No. 1 Private Institute in Uttarakhand by Outlook-ICARE 2019. As the first institute to introduce industry internship to faculty, it sports academic collaborations with 40 international partners across 18 countries.
Almost 94% of the students got placements from core branches. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA and the average salary package offered is 6 LPA in core companies. Top recruiting companies of our college are Tata Consultancy Services, Flipkart and many others. Almost 75% of the students got an internship from the mechanical course.
Due to my jee score i restricted to any private college. Then i started to search college based on their maintainence, placement, course records. Then i find upes has specialization branches that help me get into any job easy.
UPES get main support of active Alumni. They every time about new vacancies of thrie company and they also arrange for internships Also many companie SCHLUM BUrGER, LARGE HALLIBURTON, ONGC, BPCL, HPCL, AND IBM also come for placement many times.
It's the best college for Energy Studies in India. And given that it has industry tie-ups with the energy industry, it's a good choice for anyone looking for admission in this department.
As is the scene with all other colleges,if you're a below average student with nothing to show in academics section. Mass recruiter will be there for you.
The best thing is that there is exactly no ragging and there is a DSA committee for student's welfare which is responsible for maintaining the perfect environment.Also i got the core branch of this college.
Now the most important thing comes which is placement and university's record is increasing day by day in terms of placement as in placement week students were placed in flipkart at 12 lac/annum.If you are being placed at good company on low packages then there are high probability of getting a frequent promotions on the basis of your talent.
I choose this college because my parents are always the fond of descipline.There are different buildings for different work and hence there is proper system which makes the environment good. There is perfect strictness in this university as you should be in proper uniform otherwise you are not allowed to enter the main gate.
Student from mechatronics was offered a package of 19.5 lac per annum and petroleum upstream students are always placed at nice packages. On average students are being placed at 3-4 lac package.Among top 60 companies on earning revenue 20+ companies are from petroleum oil and gas sector only.
I choose this because of the It has got the rank of 3rd in india in terms of Petroleum sector also i got the its branch in the same petroleum sector.Also this college is very beautiful as it lies in the valleys of Dehradun
Thes secert UPES placements is because of Big tieups.They have industrial tie-ups with big names of the industry and have an excellent placement record. Some of the prominent recruiters include BBT ??? Big Boy Toys, Sage, Salem, Lava, DHL, SpiceJet, Vodafone, and Audi. Currently in lockdown upes also tie up with courseera.
In the beginning, after I finished my 12th, I was clueless about which college or university to join, as they all looked the same on their websites. So, I picked 5 of them and decided to visit each. When I entered UPES, I felt so good. The environment was full of positivity, the students were dressed well, and the structures were maintained exceptionally well. After having a thorough conversation with the admin team, I was convinced and decided that I will study in UPES only.
I myself got placed in 3 companies from campus placemen drive as well. It??s totally depend on the Students caliber how he/she is capable. The University is fulfilling its duty by calling more than 150 companies for B.Tech itself including Schlumberger, Reliance, IBM, Maruti Suzuki.
Because my sister was studied in UPES.she is doing BBA. We were initially quite apprehensive about this university. but my sister insisted. now we are very happy to see her grow in terms of personality and knowledge and confidence level. That how i choose this college.
