SGT University MBA HR FAQs
Ques. Does SGT University require a mandatory entrance exam score (like CAT or CMAT) for MBA HR admission, or can I get direct admission?
Ans. SGT University does not make entrance exam scores mandatory for MBA HR admission. The university follows a merit-based selection process that primarily involves a Personal Interview (PI) conducted online or in-person. Ans. Both programs are 2-year full-time courses with the same fee structure of INR 1,50,000 per semester. The MBA General program covers a broad range of management subjects across finance, marketing, operations, and HR, while the MBA HR specialization goes deeper into HR-specific subjects like HR analytics, talent acquisition, compensation management, labor laws, organizational behavior, and employee engagement.
