TNNLU Faculty

The faculty at the college are highly qualified, with all holding at least an LLM degree and many possessing PhDs. There are approximately 15 permanent faculty members, supported by numerous guest faculty who reside on campus. Faculty members are approachable and maintain a student-friendly atmosphere, providing personal contact for doubt clarification. The average faculty age is in their 30s, with a mix of young and experienced educators, including some with over 20 years of teaching experience.

Faculty-to-student ratio is low, but faculty maintain professionalism and support through a one-to-one mentorship program. This initiative assists students academically and personally, aligning with UGC guidelines. The curriculum consists of six courses per semester with two exams each, and most students pass with good grades. Faculty involvement includes guidance on research projects and adherence to BCI-related curriculum requirements. Class sizes have a maximum of 60 students, with current classes around 40 students.
