GEHU Dehradun Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The curriculum is quite accurate and i have learned the details which are required in the course. The curriculum is focused on the theroritical knowledge and is moderately practical. The curriculum is fine but what i gelt is the need for good professor and timely completion of course before exams. The exams used to held twice every semester and they were moderately difficult not that easy not that difficult.

Students become eligible to apply for campus placement after the third last semester of their respective course. They can also apply for placements while in their third last semester. A number of companies visit this college, some big tech giants like Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Cognizant, TCS, etc visits this college many times and there have been a lot of placements too. One of the highest offers made was of around 84 lakh INR per annum to a student of BTech. There is no official record of percentage of students getting placements known to me but it's above 70%. I plan to do MCA after completing BCA.

I choose this course because of IT sector growth in future. BCA course give the knowledge about different languages like c, c++ , Java , phthon etc. Teaching methods can be changed slightly. Exam are not that much tough if you had studied in class then you can easily get good score.

After 5th semester we are eligible for the company And there are different different companies are visit in our college in every semester like infosys, learning routes, and Delloite etc There are 75% + are mandatory for the placement

So in 5 semester companies started placement drives like till now there were companies like TCS, Accenture, Deloitte,astroverse , and some other. The highest package till now is 3.4 lpa and lowest is 1.9 lpa by TCS . This year the placement rate is low as companies are not in mass hiring Deloitte selected only 1 student Accenture three like that . I think it is all due to recession period the placement are not very good . I will give you one advice improve your skills as you can also be good in communication skills.

bca course that is provide by this college is so impresive. this college provide 100 percent placement in computer science branches. exam are held in every 3 month in first third their is mid term exam and in second third their is end term exam difficulty level of the exam is moderate.

the curriculum covers a wide range of topics relevant to business management , including finance , marketing , human resources , operations , and strategy. and there was most influential aspects that was industry visit , expertise lectures. it enhance the skills like business analysis , problem solving , and decision making. it explore the internship and live projects. it mainly focuses on soft skills such as communication ,teamwork.

From 5 semester we are eligible for campus placement. Companies like Rubico , True blue , Infosys, Accenture, TCS etc visited with approx 10 - 20 offers they made. Company hired for several profile and average package is 3.2 lakhs and highest is 52 lakhs 7 percent student get placement After degree if I didn't get placement I will pusue MCA

Students starts getting placement from the beginning of their third year I.e., 5th semester So many companies visits every year and offer ranges from 5 lac per year to 80 lac per year. I don't have any idea on the percentage of getting placed. My plans are confidential.
