GEHU Dehradun Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Since I was not eligible or maybe not smart enough to pursue engineering, I decided to do this course. The faculties are smart here as most of them are MCA students. There are nearly 20 faculties in our batch and most of them are good with teaching as they have immense experience and some of them even have experience working in the core industries.

For use students from 3rd-year campus placements starts many students were placed at the end of 3rd sem.. internship also starts from 3rd sem ..highest package was around 55 lakhs and avg package is 4-5 lakhs.

If talked about placements Graphic Era has some of the best placements in Dehradun the highest package on campus placement is 48LPA the average package is about 5 LPA there are around 25 to 30 companies including amazon, Microsoft, and google. The students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd year in BTech there are various companies which come in the campus for placements there are placements of about 48 lakhs per annum provided by Adobe and the placement for ratio is about 60%

Because I have had an interest in computers since my childhood. There are 10 faculty members for 80 students. All the faculty members are GATE qualified and have master's degrees. That's why they have a very amazing method of teaching. Term exams are conducted every 2 months and the level of exam is moderate.

Companies like Adobe, Infosys, etc. Visit the university at the time of placements. The highest package offered in the year 2020-2021 was 32 lacs from Amazon. Around 50% of the students get placed with an average placement package of 4 lac/ year. In the same year, around 150 national and multinational companies visited the university and around 1300 students were placed from the CSE course. The university also provides limited internship opportunities from the second year.

from 6 semesters onwards the students became eligible to sit in the placements. companies like Amazon, Wipro, adobe, Infosys visit our college and give decent offers to every student every year almost 800+ students get the placements. the highest package of our college is 55 lac. and the average package is around 7 lac. Basically, my plan after my degree is to get placed in a good product based company
