Avantika University admissions for the 2026 academic session have concluded across all schools. The 2027 intake cycle is now beginning, with entrance exams scheduled from November 2026 through early 2027 and counselling running through mid-2027.

The B.Des programme is the university’s flagship, offering the widest range of specialisations in central India. The BBA plus MBA integrated programme is also available at INR 8.20 Lakhs for the full 5-year duration. Hostel charges are INR 2.05 to 2.55 Lakhs per year for both boys and girls, covering accommodation and amenities.

Avantika University Admission Process

All admissions at Avantika University are entrance-based. Applications are accepted through the official portal on a rolling basis. The selection process typically involves entrance score screening followed by a personal interview or portfolio review, depending on the programme.

B.Des Admission

B.Des is the most competitive programme at Avantika University and admits students through national design entrance exams.

• Eligibility: Completion of 10+2 in any stream with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
• Entrance exams accepted: UCEED, NID-DAT, NIFT, and the university’s own Design Scholarship Test (DST).

• Eligibility: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, minimum 50% aggregate.
• Entrance exams accepted: JEE Main, CUET UG, and Avantika Scholastic Test.

JEE Main qualified students with AIR up to 25,000 are eligible for a 100% tuition fee waiver under the Ved Vyas Scholarship. Typical closing ranks for general category B.Tech admission have not been officially published.

MBA Admission

MBA admission is based on valid national-level management entrance scores followed by a group discussion and personal interview round.

• Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate. Final-year students may apply.
• Entrance exams accepted: CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, and the Avantika Aptitude Test.

BA LLB, BBA LLB, and LLM

Integrated law programmes are 5 years in duration. LLM is a 1-year programme for graduates with an LLB degree.

• BA LLB and BBA LLB eligibility: 10+2 in any stream with a minimum of 45% aggregate. CLAT or CUET score required.
• LLM eligibility: LLB with minimum 50%. Selection is merit-based on qualifying degree marks.

Other Programmes

BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, and BCA admissions are based on 10+2 marks and CUET UG scores or the Avantika Aptitude Test. M.Des requires a graduation degree in design or a related field, with valid UCEED, CEED, or NID-DAT scores. MCA requires graduation with Mathematics and a minimum of 50%.
