Programs, campus and accommodation

Campus

  • The university has two campuses, the Boston downtown campus which is the main campus of the university and the Madrid campus.
  • The Boston downtown campus provides a great infrastructure to its students and faculty.
  • The space in the Sawyer Business School building has been converted to provide new facilities for Art and Design programs, studio space, art rooms, and galleries.
  • A 10 story building has been constructed on campus to build classrooms, science labs, media production facilities, and faculty offices.
  • The campus comprises a fitness center, athletic facilities, counseling, health and wellness centers, and various clubs and organizations.

Housing facilities/Residence

  • The institute provides on-campus residential facilities to its students which are guaranteed for 2 years.
  • The dorms are located at the center of the city with easy access to public transport, restaurants, shopping, theatres, and cultural attractions.
  • There are a total of 5 residence halls available to students namely, 10 West Street, Smith Hall, Nathan R. Miller Hall, Modern Theatre Residence Hall, and 1047 Commonwealth Avenue.
  • Each room is provided with basic furniture including a twin XL bed and mattress, wardrobe, and dresser along with television and internet services.

Scholarships/Financial Aid

The university provides aid in the form of grants, loans, employment programs and scholarships for international students to study in the USA. Around 61% of the new students receive need based financial aid from the institute. The amount disbursed for the scholarship is around 8,150 USD per student.

Some of the sdneships that an international candidate of the organization can avail are as follows:

  • Merit-based scholarships: All the students enrolling at the institute are automatically eligible for these awards. They are provided on the basis of facos like prior academic track record, work experience, test scores, etc. Students enrolling in fall and spring sessions are only eligible for this award.
  • Executive MBA Grant: This award is offered to candidates enrolled in the Executive MBA program on the basis of merit. Amount provided is between 9,000 and 18,000 USD.
  • Anders Scholarship and Rae and Christina Anderson Scholarship are available to undergraduate students of Sawyer Business School.
  • The university also provides renewable financial awards up to 2,500 USD per academic year.
