  • DS-156 Nonimmigrant visa application form.
  • Valid passport
  • Letter of admission from the University of Northern Iowa.
  • One or more passport photographs.
  • Completed visa application form obtained from the consultant.
  • Complete the I-20 and pay the SEVIS I-901 fee.
  • Applicant then needs to apply for the F-1 or J-1 visa.
  • Submit the form and pay the application fee.
