I love the atmosphere and also the education program that I am a pet of is absolutely amazing. The campus itself is rich with history, good and bad! Another aspect that I love is our campus in downtown Charleston. We don't have a special college town for us. For us, the town is our college.
The course curriculum at the college of Charleston is challenging yet easy to understand. They definitely push us to the limits with our knowledge but also make it easy for us to understand everything that?s going on in the college of Charleston curriculum.
I chose the College of Charleston because of the beauty of the location, the study abroad programs, a liberal arts education, a major interest offered, and because of the moving experience of being somewhere with a deep history.
I think that the curriculum is great from the perspective of the arts, but it is lacking in the health science/STEM fields. However, I enjoy the liberal arts education style because it allows you to become a more well-rounded student.
The interdisciplinary major was super broad. The weather and the ability to major in sustainable Ed. I ride my bike to class and have a very strong community there. I couldn't ask for a better college. The atmosphere is great. The majority of the professors actually want you to do well and will help you if you put in the effort or go to their office hours. Plus, Charleston is an amazing city. So much to do and so many great people
Superb. Tailored to each student. I was able to meet with four different department heads and decide which classes I was going to take the period role very helpful in setting guidance and made sure that I had everything I needed to fill my credits for each semester.
