Students must apply by priority deadline for merit- based scholarhips and admissions considerations. Candidates applying after regular deadline will be considered for rolling, space-available based admissions.
All international applicants are required to submt their post-secondary/university academic credentials for an academic evaluation by one of the two third-party evaluators listed on the official university website. Applicants can choose either Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) or Josef Silney& Associates (JS&A).

Once admitted, international students can obtain the I-20 form from the University's office of International Student and Scholar Services. Once the Certification of finances and enrollment has been confirmed, the form will be issued to the student.
