Visa Process

All international applicants who are offered admission at the University of Dayton require an F-1 or J-1 student visa.

  • Foreign applicants need to provide proof of financial support before the immigration document is issued
  • A copy of the applicant's passport is required
  • Proof of funds, specifically to cover the expenses for the first year's education, living and miscellaneous spendings.
    • Original bank statement, not older than six months
  • Financial documents can be emailed to the university as directed.
