The university does not have a selective admissions policy. The admission decisions are made on a rolling basis. It usually takes 2 weeks for processing an application after the documents are received.

Graduate applicants are requested to prepare their application materials at least two months prior to the departmental application date. International applicants may need more time to process documents.

Undergraduate applicants may apply up to a year in advance of their targeted term of enrollment. However, many high school students apply between July and December of their senior year. It is advisable to apply as early as possible so that more scholarship and housing options are available.
