Apart from its main campus, the other 5 centres admitting students for regular and online courses also possess a similar kind of architecture and surrounding beauty. The campus located in Las Vegas and established in 1893 is also well connected with the other branches, as it is only an hour’s drive from Santa Fe and a somewhat 2 hours’ drive from Albuquerque.
Main campus of New Mexico Highlands University, located in Las Vegas, has 6 residence halls. Each of them has its own set of amenities and room structures to allow the students to choose for themselves.
Archuleta Hall is a four-seater suite-style hall where the students of the same gender are given a single room out of the four rooms in the suite.
Arrott and Gregg Halls are apartment-type residential areas, which include amenities like refrigerators, stoves, wi-fi, cable television and is primarily meant for the occupancy by the students living with family.
Connor Hall provides single and double seater rooms with a shared bathroom on each floor meant for the students of the same gender.
Kennedy Hall comprises 4 buildings, namely: East, West, North and South and are available with single-seater rooms with options available for shared and common bathrooms. However, the Kennedy hall is not available to the freshmen.
Melody Hall comprises of a limited number of single-seater rooms with a bathroom shared by 2 such rooms. Amenities like wi-fi, cable television, laundry facilities, and local phone access are available to the residents of all the halls.
New Mexico Highlands University provides undergraduate and graduates degrees in various courses like Business Administration, Art, Anthropology, Teaching, Management Nursing, Biology, Physics and many more. Graduate programs include courses like Education, Chemistry, Computer Science, English, Fine Arts, Public Affairs, Psychology, Geology and many more.
