SUNY Oswego accepts admission on a rolling basis. To receive full consideration, applicants are encouraged to submit their applications as soon as possible.
At SUNY Oswego, international admissions are administered by the office of International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS). Apart from this, ISSS is also the main point of contact for international students.
