Close to home, renowned engineering programs, great return on investment, spoken of highly by alum, the opportunity for internships/co-ops, professors with experience in their field of teaching, great opportunities for experiential learning all over campus.
It is challenging, but ends up being rewarding in the end. You know that once you graduate from Missouri S&T you are prepared for whatever your new job throws at you. My major, I take classes in each of the engineering departments to really get a feel for each major.
