Georgetown University saw a sharp fall in the acceptance rate to 16% for the recent admissions cycle in 2018. From 31,933 international students applications, only 8,457 applications were selected. Out of which only 3,687 students took enrollment at the University.

International students must demonstrate English language proficiency by providing scores of any one of the following tests given below to be eligible for admissions at Georgetown:

When to apply: Deadlines vary with each course and school. Students are admitted in the Fall season only.

At Georgetown, the acceptance rate has fallen from 18% to 9%. Out of 2,314 applications only 217 were accepted for 2018 admissions. The University admits those international students who have either attended community or 4 year colleges/universities.
