    SCHOOL WITH GREAT PROFESSORS

It was small, liberal arts, and in the mountains. I wanted to go to school in the state, away from my home city of Raleigh, and in the mountains. I considered Appalachian State and Western Carolina as well. Western had nothing to do, and App State was too large.

    Course Curriculum -

It's pretty rigorous but doable in four years. It's liberal arts so of course, we have to take classes in many disciplines but I enjoy that. The classes have been pretty easy so far (though I'm only taking 100-level right now) so I did well last semester.

    UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA'S REVIEW

It was a public liberal arts school, and they offered me a higher ratio of money. It was a lot easier to get into than a private school. I got into my #1 school, Wake Forest, but they were too expensive.

    Course Curriculum -

It is average at best. It is very whitewashed and on the surface. There aren't many fields that are doing remarkable work. Sociology specifically is so small that it is lumped into anthropology, which forces people to study and major in something they don't necessarily want to study.
