- Typical college town - only active during semesters and dead in breaks

- About 60% people that graduated with me got jobs within the 6 month period after graduation.
- Average salary would be $80,000, as far as I know.
- Start looking for jobs about a year before you want to be actually hired for.
- I was told, give multiple interviews to get comfortable with the hiring process, go to the campus career fairs. That's where I got hired.
- Cisco, Evergy, Spire, Amazon, Meta, Missouri Gov, Army, Navy, Air Force, Boeing, Shamrock.
- Used Telegram and found people starting similar courses around the same semester, got in touch with them and took student housing for the first two semesters.
- About $800, laundry, sewer, trash, wifi were taken care of. Gas and electricity was on us.
- No pets were allowed unless they were an ESA approved. Other than that there was no other troubles.
- Most people stayed in Overland Park about 40 miles away (west) from the tech building, I lived in the main campus about 30 ish miles (east).
- We had a bit of Indian student population in Warrensburg as well.
