Most failed searches come from a wrong menu choice. The table lists the usual problems and fixes.

Problems that still remain go to the university. Students raise them through the Exams Portal or the Student Grievances Portal.

How to Apply for Revaluation and Scrutiny After the Result?

Gulbarga University offers revaluation and retotalling, called RV/RT. It also gives photocopies of answer scripts. Both run on the RV/RT portal, not on the results portal.

RV/RT and Photocopy Steps

1. The student checks the result first. The RV/RT portal asks for this.
2. The student opens the RV/RT application page or the photocopy application page.
3. The student picks the course and semester, then the Register Number.
4. The student chooses the subjects and pays the fee online.
5. The fee receipt is downloaded and kept safe.

Important: The RV/RT portal lists only courses open for requests. A course not on that list cannot take requests yet.

Revised marks appear on the results portal after review. December 2025 RV results are out for BA and B.Sc V semester. RV results are also out for B.Com III and V semester. The RV/RT page has a help link for missing fee receipts.
