Manipal University Jaipur BTech CSE fees are an estimated ₹19.73 lakh over four years at the 2026–27 annual tuition rate, including one-time registration and caution money. The academic payment at admission is ₹5.12 lakh. Hostel and mess are extra. The four-year estimate assumes the tuition fee stays unchanged; it is not a fixed fee for students joining in 2027.
For other popular courses, annual tuition is ₹2.14 lakh for BBA (Hons), ₹1.77 lakh for BCA and ₹5.10 lakh for MBA. Students choosing double-occupancy accommodation pay another ₹2,87,225 for first-year hostel and mess, including refundable hostel security. Scholarships can reduce tuition, but the amount depends on marks, income, the course and the number of awards available.
Manipal University Jaipur Fee Structure 2026–27
MUJ collects tuition along with registration and caution money when a student takes admission. Tuition is the recurring academic charge. Registration is a one-time payment, while caution money is a refundable deposit, subject to the university’s rules. The amount collected at admission is therefore higher than the annual tuition fee.
For CSE, the ₹5.12 lakh admission payment includes ₹4.87 lakh tuition, ₹10,000 registration and ₹15,000 caution money. The same ₹25,000 difference applies to several engineering and professional courses. Other courses have a different combination of joining charges, so their admission amounts are shown separately below. These are Indian-student campus fees; online and international-student fees are separate.
Manipal University Jaipur BTech Fees
Annual BTech tuition ranges from ₹3.09 lakh to ₹4.87 lakh across the branches in the table. CSE has the highest tuition in this group. Chemical and Civil Engineering are ₹1.78 lakh lower per year. ECE and VLSI Design and Technology also have different fees, even though both belong to electronics engineering.

BTech CSE Fees for Four Years
At the current annual rate, four CSE tuition payments would be ₹4,87,000 × 4 = ₹19,48,000. Adding ₹10,000 registration and ₹15,000 caution money gives the ₹19,73,000 academic estimate. Registration and caution money are added once, rather than in every year. Hostel, mess and optional services are outside this amount.
The first-year academic payment is ₹5,12,000. If tuition remains unchanged, each later year would involve ₹4,87,000 in tuition before any other applicable charge. A fee increase in a later year would change the four-year estimate. The MUJ CSE fee page gives the annual tuition and joining charges.
BBA, BCA and Other Undergraduate Fees
BBA Business Analytics is ₹28,000 more per year than BBA (Hons). The difference comes from tuition: both admission payments add ₹25,000 to the annual course fee. BCom Accounting and BCom Fintech have lower joining charges of ₹20,000 above tuition. The five-year Integrated MBA has an annual tuition fee of ₹2.20 lakh.

Law fees depend on the degree. The three-year LLB is for graduates and has annual tuition of ₹1.08 lakh. The five-year BA LLB and BBA LLB courses charge ₹2.34 lakh and ₹2.49 lakh respectively. Their different durations matter when comparing total academic payments; the annual amounts alone do not represent the full course fee.
Architecture, Design, Arts and Science Fees
BArch tuition is ₹3.34 lakh a year. The BDes courses below are close in fee: Interior Design is ₹1.82 lakh, while Fashion Design, Communication Design, and User Experience and Interaction Design are ₹1.83 lakh. BCA students pay ₹1.97 lakh at admission, including ₹20,000 above annual tuition.

The science and psychology fees also vary by subject. Biotechnology and Microbiology are ₹30,000 above the ₹97,000 annual tuition for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. BA Psychology and BSc Psychology have a ₹30,000 annual difference.
Manipal University Jaipur MBA and Other PG Fees
MBA tuition is ₹5.10 lakh per year, while MBA Business Analytics is ₹5.73 lakh. Business Analytics therefore adds ₹63,000 a year in tuition. Both admission payments include ₹10,000 registration and ₹15,000 caution money. At unchanged rates, two years of regular MBA tuition plus these one-time payments would total an estimated ₹10.45 lakh, before hostel and mess.
MTech tuition is ₹1.81 lakh for the specialisations in the table. MCA is ₹1.78 lakh, but its admission payment is ₹1.98 lakh because its joining charges differ from MTech. MA, MSc and MCom fees depend on the subject.

Manipal University Jaipur Hostel and Mess Fees
The 2026–27 double-occupancy hostel payment is ₹2,08,225. It includes accommodation, housekeeping and ₹25,475 refundable security. Mess is billed separately at ₹79,000, bringing the first-year residential payment to ₹2,87,225. The security deposit is part of the amount paid at joining, even though it is refundable under the hostel’s conditions.

Room allotment is confirmed after the full hostel payment is received and checked. Students can see the available payment methods in the booking portal. Any payment-gateway charge is shown during payment. The hostel fee terms also allow a ₹5,000 processing deduction when a refund is approved before the academic year begins. Hostel fees become non-refundable after the academic year starts.
Laundry and the health club are optional: 30 laundry cycles are ₹8,810, and the ten-month health-club charge is ₹12,750. These services are outside the hostel-and-mess total. The mess fee notice allows charges to be revised during the session after advance notice. Students choose a mess provider through SpaceBasic, with the selection fixed for two months and subject to available seats.
First-Year Fees With Hostel and Mess
A CSE student choosing double occupancy pays ₹7,99,225 for the first-year academic, hostel and mess charges. Of this amount, ₹40,475 is refundable security: ₹15,000 with the course and ₹25,475 with the hostel. Optional laundry, the health club and personal expenses are additional.

Using the same room and mess charges, the first-year total is ₹5,26,225 for BBA (Hons), ₹4,84,225 for BCA and ₹8,22,225 for regular MBA. These examples add each course’s admission payment to ₹2,87,225 for residence. They describe the first year only, since the joining payments contain one-time charges.
Manipal University Jaipur Scholarships
MUJ offers tuition waivers for merit and financial need. A waiver reduces the tuition payable; it does not automatically remove hostel, mess or deposits. Awards are limited, and continuation depends on academic performance.

The scholarship policy provides for application deadlines after admissions close. Marksheets, income records and domicile documents support the relevant claim. Students must meet both entry and renewal conditions; an award in the first year does not remove the later CGPA requirement.
Application Fee and Admission Payment
The application fee is paid when submitting the form. After selection, the offer letter gives the academic payment and due date. The registration and caution amounts in the fee tables are already included in the admission payment and should not be added again. Hostel and mess payments are completed separately.
A student receiving a scholarship should have the approved tuition concession reflected in the fee account.
