The following amounts are first-year tuition per semester before scholarship. Later-year rates generally increase, even when the scholarship amount stays the same.

How Scholarships Change the Fee

In the highest CSE scholarship band, the first-year reduction is ₹75,000 per semester. This leaves ₹1,38,800 per semester. Paying the full year in advance gives a further 5% payment discount, bringing first-year tuition to ₹2,63,720.

Across the CSE scholarship bands, four-year tuition with annual payment ranges from ₹11,68,939 to ₹16,24,939. These totals depend on the applicable scholarship continuing and the student choosing annual payment. Admission, enrolment, deposits, other charges and hostel are extra.

A BBA student in the 70% to below-75% Class 12 band receives no academic scholarship and pays ₹90,000 per semester in year one. Annual payment reduces that year to ₹1,71,000. Eligible female students can receive a further 10% on net tuition and defence wards a 5% concession, subject to the award conditions and limited seats.

Admission and Other Course Charges

CSE joining charges are ₹15,000 admission, ₹5,000 enrolment and ₹5,000 refundable caution money. Other charges are ₹20,500 for annual payment or ₹10,750 per half-year payment, covering examinations, library, insurance, welfare, sports and information services.

Regular BBA, BCA and BCom have ₹10,000 admission, ₹5,000 enrolment and ₹3,000 refundable caution money. Other charges vary by course and payment plan. Where required, BCA bridge courses add ₹5,000 in each of the first two semesters. BCom CMA and ACCA options have additional semester fees.

Graphic Era Hostel Fees 2026-27

Hostel fees for 2026-27 depend on the building, sharing and air conditioning. Sai Hostel triple-sharing non-AC is ₹1,47,500; Mother Teressa Hostel triple-sharing non-AC is ₹1,20,000. Security is ₹5,000 or ₹10,000 by building, with a one-time ₹10,000 registration charge.
