MET 2026 Round 3 Seat Allotment: Last Date to Accept Seat and Pay Fees

MET 2026 Round 3 seat allotment result will be released on June 30, 2026 at counseling.manipal.edu, and the last date to accept the allotted seat and pay the first instalment fee of INR 2,90,000 is July 4, 2026.

Students who completed Round 3 registration and choice filling by June 28, 2026 are eligible for Round 3 allotment. Once the result is out, you must log in to the portal, verify your allotted programme and campus, and complete the fee payment within the deadline. The Counselling Waitlist Deposit of INR 10,000 paid at registration is adjusted as a Refundable Caution Deposit once you pay the first instalment. Seats not confirmed by the deadline are automatically cancelled.

How to Accept MET 2026 Round 3 Allotted Seat

Once Round 3 seat allotment is released on June 30, 2026, follow these steps to confirm your admission before the July 4 deadline.

1. Visit counseling.manipal.edu and log in with your application number and counselling password.
2. Click on the Round 3 seat allotment link visible on your dashboard.
3. Review the allotted programme, branch, and campus carefully.
4. Download and save a copy of your allotment letter.
5. Click on the fee payment option and pay the first instalment of INR 2,90,000 using net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
6. Upload any documents requested on the portal at the time of confirmation.
7. Submit your acceptance and save the confirmation receipt and transaction ID.

All steps including fee payment must be completed by July 4, 2026. Students who do not complete this process within the deadline will have their Round 3 seat cancelled.

Fee Payment for MET 2026 Round 3

MAHE (Manipal Academy of Higher Education) follows a two-instalment fee structure for B.Tech admissions. The INR 10,000 Counselling Waitlist Deposit paid at the time of registration is converted into a Refundable Caution Deposit on payment of the first instalment and is counted as part of the total course fee.

Fee payment is accepted only through the official portal at apply.manipal.edu. Keep the payment receipt and transaction ID for your records and for physical reporting at the institute in August 2026.

Keep the following documents ready for upload on the portal and for verification at the time of physical reporting at your allotted MAHE campus.

• Class 10 mark sheet and pass certificate (for date of birth verification)
• Class 12 mark sheet and pass certificate
• Transfer Certificate from the last attended institution
• Character and Conduct Certificate
• Category certificate — SC, ST, or OBC (if applicable)
• Passport-size photographs (as specified by MAHE)
• Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID)

What Happens If You Miss the Round 3 Deadline

If the first instalment fee of INR 2,90,000 is not paid by July 4, 2026, the Round 3 seat allotment is automatically cancelled. Cancelled seats are not restored. The INR 10,000 Counselling Waitlist Deposit is non-refundable once a seat has been allotted and not accepted within the deadline.

MAHE may conduct a Special Round after Round 3 if seats remain vacant. Students who miss the Round 3 fee deadline must wait for a Special Round announcement and register fresh if eligible. The schedule and eligibility criteria for any Special Round will be published on counseling.manipal.edu.
